INDONESIA, MON, Aug 3 2015 – The Commander of Royal Brunei Air Force, Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Wardi bin Haji Abdul Latip and his delegations had made a farewell visit to Jakarta, Indonesia from 2nd to 4th August 2015.During his farewell visit to the Indonesian Air Force Headquarters, MABES TNI-AU at Cilangkap, Jakarta Timur, the Commander of Royal Brunei Air Force had made courtesy calls with Air Chief Marshal Agus Supriatna, the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Air Force; General (Gen) Gatot Nurmantyo, Commander in Chief of the Indonesian National Armed Forces; and Ryamizard Ryacudu, the Indonesian Minister of Defence.
Later that evening, the Commander of Royal Brunei Air Force and spouse had attended an official dinner hosted by TNI–AU Air Chief Marshal Agus Supriatna, the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Air Force. Throughout his speech, Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Wardi took the opportunity to highlight the outstanding relationship that both the Royal Brunei Air Force and the Indonesian Air Force (TNI-AU) have forged throughout the years and conveyed his confidence that both Air Forces will continue to endeavor together to reach their common goals.
