AUSTRALIA, Friday, 10 May 2024 – A delegation from the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) led by Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Commander of the RBAirF conducted a working visit to Glenbrook and Richmond Air Base, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). Whilst at RAAF Glenbrook Base, the home of Headquarters Air Command, the Commander of RBAirF was warmly received by Air Vice Marshal Glen Braz, AM, CSC, DSM, Air Commander of the RAAF.
The visit commenced with an office call, during which discussions encompassing Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE) and bilateral exercises were held between the RBAirF delegation and Air Vice Marshal Glen Braz. This exchange of ideas and information laid the groundwork for future collaboration and partnership between the RBAirF and RAAF.
The Commander of RBAirF then extended his working visit to RAAF Richmond Air Base, Air Mobility Group. During the visit, the RBAirF delegation was given a comprehensive tour, providing them with firsthand insight into the operational capabilities and infrastructure of the base. The tour included a visit to 37 Squadron, where the delegation had the opportunity to observe the operations of the C-130J aircraft, gaining valuable insights into air mobility capabilities.
Additionally, a productive discussion was held with the Commander Air Mobility Group, further enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation between the RBAirF and RAAF in the field of air mobility. The visit to Glenbrook and Richmond RAAF Base served as a testament to the commitment of both the RBAirF and RAAF to strengthen bilateral ties and explore opportunities for cooperation across various domains.

AUSTRALIA, Juma’at, 10 Mei 2024 – Delegasi dari Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) yang diketuai oleh Brigedier Jeneral (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Pemerintah TUDB telah mengadakan lawatan Kerja ke Pangkalan Glenbrook dan Richmond, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). Semasa di Pangkalan Glenbrook RAAF,

Lawatan dimulakan dengan kunjungan kerja di mana perbincangan yang merangkumi
Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE) dan eksais dua-hala yang diadakan diantara delegasi TUDB dan Air Vice Marshal Glen Braz. Pertukaran idea dan maklumat ini menjadi asas untuk perkongsian dan kerjasama di masa hadapan di antara TUDB dan RAAF.
Pemerintah TUDB setelah itu melanjutkan Lawatan Kerja ke Richmond Base RAAF,
Air Mobility Group. Semasa lawatan tersebut, Delegasi TUDB diberikan lawatan menyeluruh ke kemudahan-kemudahan, memberikan pandangan mengenai keupayaan operasi dan infrastruktur pangkalan tersebut. Kunjungan termasuk lawatan ke Skuadron 37, di mana delegasi TUDB mempunyai peluang untuk memahami operasi pesawat C-130J.
Selain itu, perbincangan yang produktif diadakan dengan
Commander Air Mobility Group, untuk lebih meningkatkan pemahaman dan kerjasama bersama antara TUDB dan RAAF dalam bidang mobiliti udara. Lawatan ke Pangkalan Glenbrook, Headquarters Air command dan Pangkalan Richmond RAAF menunjukkan sebagai bukti kerjasama dan komitmen bagi TUDB dan RAAF untuk mengukuhkan kerjasama dua hala dan meneroka peluang di pelbagai bidang pada masa akan datang.
