WELCOMING DINNER FOR CHIEF OF STAFF, INDONESIAN AIR FORCE INTRODUCTORY VISIT TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Monday, 19 August 2024 - Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Commander of Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) and Datin Noraidah binti Haji Ibrahim, Spouse of Commander of RBAirF, hosted a Welcoming Dinner for Air Chief Marshal Mohamad Tonny Harjono, Chief of Staff Indonesian Air Force (IAF) and Nyonya Ira Frilasari Machmud Spouse of Chief of Air Force IAF as part of their official visit to Brunei Darussalam at Bolkiah Garrison Officers’ Mess.
RBAirF PERSONNEL EARNED THE LAST MAN STANDING TITLE
INDONESIA, Saturday, 17 August 2024 – Warrant Officer 2 (U) Mohd Azrul Muzri bin Haji Adnan brought great honour to the Sultanate by securing the esteemed title of “Last Man Standing” at the Bali Ultra Trail 2024. Competing as the only representative from both Brunei Darussalam and Borneo Island, Warrant Officer 2 (U) Mohd Azrul Muzri demonstrated exceptional physical and mental resilience in completing the 80-kilometer course, a true testament to his military training and discipline.
RBAirF PERSONNEL ACHIEVED FIRST PLACE IN THE MUSABAQAH TILAWAH AL-QUR’AN IN CONJUNCTION WITH ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES’ (RBAF) 63RD ANNIVERSARY
TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 16 August 2024 – The Musabaqah Tilawah Al-Qur’an in conjunction with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces’ 63rd Anniversary was held at the Auditorium Hall, Defence Academy (DA RBAF), Tanah Jambu. The 2-days competition took place on 12 August 2024, while the finals and prize presentation ceremony on 16 August 2024.

CLOSING CEREMONY FOR SAFETY EQUIPMENT FITTER UPGRADING (INTERMEDIATE) COURSE INTAKE 06/2024
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 15 August 2024 – The closing ceremony for Safety Equipment Fitter Upgrading Course Intake 06/2024 was held at Leadership and Management Lecture Room, No. 8 Wing. The five weeks course was conducted by 75 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) starting from 16 July 2024 until 16 August 2024. A total of three course participants from the Safety Equipment Section (SES), No. 5 Wing, Support Group participated in the course.
