ROYAL BRUNEI AIRFORCE HELD THE OPENING OF DIKIR MAULUD 1444H/2022M
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 26 September 2022 – As an expression of gratitude and love to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and to seek blessings from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held the opening for Dikir Maulud to commemorate the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
CENTRAL FLYING SCHOOL, THE ROYAL AIR FORCE, UNITED KINGDOM VISIT TO RBAirF
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 23 September 2022 - Examiners from Central Flying School (CFS), the Royal Air Force (RAF) United Kingdom consisting of 04 Pilots and 02 Rear Crewmen, headed by Squadron Leader Morris Oxford, Officer Commanding CFS Helicopter Examinations, have visited the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF). CFS is the RAF’s primary institution for the training of military flying instructors. Established in 1912, it is the longest existing flying training school.
RBAirF PERSONNEL ACHIEVE OVERALL BEST STUDENT FOR CLASS 6 DRIVING LICENSE COURSE 2022
PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 23 September 2022 – The closing ceremony for the Class 6 Driving License Course 2022 was held today at the Driving Training Branch, Military Trade School, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Penanjong Garrison. The course conducted by the Driving Training Branch commenced from 26 August 2022 until 23 September 2022.
RBAirF PARTICIPATES IN THE INAUGURAL MITIGATION WORKING GROUP (MWG) OF THE GLOBAL AIR FORCES CLIMATE CHANGE COLLABORATION (GAFCCC)
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 22 September 2022 – Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) participated The Inaugural Mitigation Working Group (MWG) Of The Global Air Forces Climate Change Collaboration (GAFCCC), which was hosted virtually by the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). The working group is the continuity and part of Air Forces’ coordination, collaboration and plans to reduce carbon consumption and generate green power to enhance resilience and operational capacity and capability.
HISTORY OF EARLY ISLAM WORKSHOP FOR RBAirF PERSONNEL
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 22 September 2022 – The History of Early Islam Workshop for military and civilian personnel of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) organized by the Religious Directorate of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JAMA’AT) was conducted from 19 September 2022 to 22 September 2022 at the Giga Lab and Tera Lab of No. 5 Wing, Hangar B, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB).
RBAirF PARTICIPATES IN THE 9TH ASEAN AIR FORCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING WORKING GROUP MEETING
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 16 September 2022 - The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) participated in the 9th ASEAN Air Force Education and Training Working Group (9th AAFET-WG) Meeting with the theme of “Together for Peace and Stability of ASEAN”, which was hosted virtually by the Air Force Command, Lao People’s Army on 16 September 2022. From the RBAirF, the delegation was led by Lieutenant Colonel (U) Pengiran Mohammad Zulhusmi bin Pengiran Mohammad Roslan, Commanding Officer of No. 7 Wing, RBAirF. Other members of the delegation were Major (U) Abdul Hamiz bin Osman, Staff Officer Grade 2 A7, RBAirF Headquarters and Captain (U) Pengiran Abdul Azim bin Pengiran Idris, Training and Planning Officer No. 7 Wing, RBAirF.
