ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE CELEBRATES NEW ISLAMIC YEAR 1444 HIJRAH
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 29 July 2022
– Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held an event to mark the New Islamic
Year 1444 Hijrah with a mass prayer and recitation of Doa Akhir dan
Awal Tahun Hijrah at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB)
today.
BELANTARA HIJAU EXERCISE
TEMBURONG, Friday, 29 July 2022 –
236 Squadron of No. 2 Wing initiated Eksesais Belantara Hijau for six
days from 24 to 29 July 2022. The training also involved personnel from
the Base Defence Instructor of No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force
(RBAirF). A total of 134 personnel participated in this training for six
days. Present to witness the conduct of the exercise was Major (U)
Muhammad Adib bin M.Abidin, Officer in Command 236 Squadron No. 2 Wing
RBAirF.
BASIC AIRSPACE CONTROL COURSE (BACC) CLOSING CEREMONY 2022
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 28 July 2022 –
The Closing Ceremony and certificate presentation for Basic Airspace
Control Course (BACC) was held at the Air Movement Centre (AMC), Rimba
Air Force Base (Rimba AFB) today.
RBAirF OFFICER ATTENDS ASEAN MILITARY FELLOWSHIP IN CANBERRA, AUSTRALIA
CANBERRA, AUSTRALIA, Thursday, 28 July 2022 –
The ASEAN Military Fellowships in Maritime Security successfully concluded
today with all the participating fellows delivering the final presentation
followed by a certificate and commemorative coin presentation. Representing the
Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) was Major (U) Wan Muhammad Azem bin Hj Mohammad
Aminuddin, SO2 A2, RBAirF Headquarters.
DEFENCE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY UNIT CONDUCTS ROADSHOW TO PROMOTE SERVICES
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Wednesday, 27 July 2022 – The Defence Information Technology Unit (DITU) conducted a roadshow for Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel. Held at the RBAirF Headquarters, the roadshow witnessed the attendance and participation of representatives from all the various units in the RBAirF.
RBAirF OFFICER ATTENDS RSAF SAFETY OFFICER COURSE
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Wednesday, 27 July 2022
– The Republic Singapore Air Force Safety Officers Course (RSOC) was
conducted from 12 July to 27 July 2022 via Video Tele-conferencing
(VTC). The 13-day course was conducted by Republic of Singapore Air
Force (RSAF) in collaboration with Cydel Pte Ltd and ST Healthcare.
