FARNBOROUGH INTERNATIONAL AIRSHOW 2022
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM (UK), Thursday, 21 July 2022 - Colonel (U) Hishamuddin bin Abidin, Commander Operations Group (COG) of Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) attended the Farnborough International Airshow which was held from 18 to 22 July 2022 in London. Also attending the airshow with the COG was Major (U) Muhammad Amin bin Haji Yussof, the Integrated Project Team (IPT) Lead for Support Helicopter Phase B Project of RBAirF. The five-day trade show showcased the most advanced aircraft across commercial and military aviation in which six key themes have been placed at the heart of the event: space, defense, sustainability, innovation, future flight and workforce.
SURAH YAASIN AND TAHLIL RECITATION IN REMEMBRANCE OF OUR FALLEN HEROES IN THE BELL 212 HELICOPTER INCIDENT
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Wednesday 20 July 2022 – Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a Surah Yassin and Tahlil recitation in remembrance of our fallen heroes in the Bell 212 helicopter incident, held at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB).

KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Wednesday, 20 July 2022 – The annual Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Flight Safety Day has announced the winners for the Flight Safety Video Competition 2022. The videos were deliberated according to content, message delivery and creativity from a panel of judges. The video team winners announced were:

KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Wednesday, 20 July 2022 – Lance Corporal (U) Ahmad Shukry bin Mohamad Yusof from 573 Squadron, No. 5 Wing has been awarded the Flight Safety Champion award of 2022.
