PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR 17 JUNIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS OF THE RBAirF
Rimba Air Force Base, Friday, 21 January 2022
– A promotion ceremony for 17 Junior Non-Commissioned Officers of the
RBAirF comprising of 6 Acting Corporals and 11 Acting Lance Corporals
took place at Rajawali Hall, RBAirF Headquarters. Present as the Guest
of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel (U) Haji Mohammad Albadii Shahnoel bin
Haji Mohammad Noeh, the Chief of Staff of RBAirF. Also present for the
ceremony were Officers, Air Force Sergeant Major and Wing Sergeant
Major.
RBAirF ATTENDS PACIFIC AIR CHIEFS CONFERENCE (PAC)
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 20 January 2022 – The Royal Brunei Air Force attended the virtual Pacific Air Chiefs hosted by General Kenneth ‘Cruiser’ Wilsbach, Commander U.S. Pacific Air Forces. Representing the RBAirF was Colonel (U) Haji Alirupendi bin Haji Perudin, the RBAirF Deputy Commander. Also in attendance were Acting Commander Support Group, the RBAirF Chief of Staff and SO2 Intelligence and Security, RBAirF Headquarters.
AIR WORKING GROUP MEETING BETWEEN RBAirF AND INDONESIAN AIR FORCE (IDAF)
Rimba Air Force Base, Tuesday, 18 January 2022 –
Air Working Group (AWG) 8/2021 between Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF)
and Indonesian Air Force (IDAF) was held successfully on 18 January 2022
via video teleconference. The Co-Chairman for IDAF is Lieutenant
Colonel (Penerbang)
Reza Muryaji, Senior Staff Officer for Training Division IDAF, while for the RBAirF was Lieutenant Colonel (U)
Haji Mohamad Albadii Shahnoel Bin Haji Noeh, Chief Of Staff of RBAirF.
REHLAH DAKWAH PROGRAM
Bandar Seri Begawan, Saturday, 15 January 2022 – 30 RBAirF personnel attended the Rehlah Dakwah program at Surau Al-Barakah, which was conducted by the Religious Directorate, Ministry of Defence.
EXERCISE ALAP-ALAP IX/2022 TTX CLOSING CEREMONY
Bandar Seri Begawan, Friday, 14 January 2022 – The RBAirF concluded its Table Top Exercise for Ex Alap-Alap IX/2022 today which began on 10 January 2022. The closing ceremony was held at the Air Movement Centre, Rimba Air Base. Present as the Guest of Honour was Colonel (U) Haji Alirupendi bin Haji Perudin, Deputy Commander of Royal Brunei Air Force.
RBAirF OFFICERS PROMOTION CEREMONY

With the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah
Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien
Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam,
a total of 58 senior officers and officers of Royal Armed Forces Brunei
(RBAF) have been promoted today in a promotion ceremony that took place
at Berakas Garrison Officers Mess.
