PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR JUNIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS FOR NO. 6 WING, SUPPORT GROUP, RBAirF
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 16 May 2025 – No. 6 Wing, Support Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a Promotion Ceremony for 8 Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCOs), comprising 2 Permanent Corporals, 1 Permanent Lance Corporal, and 5 Acting Lance Corporals.
FUNERAL RITES WORKSHOP FOR MILITARY AND CIVILIAN PERSONNEL OF THE RBAIRF
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 16 May 2025 – A Funeral Rites Workshop for military and civilian personnel of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), organized by the Religious Department of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JAMA’AT), was successfully conducted from 12 to 16 May 2025 at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base.
MASIN SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL VISIT TO RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE
Rimba Air Force Base, Thursday, 15 May 2025 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) welcomed an educational visit from Masin Secondary School, consisting of 23 students and 4 teachers, at Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB). The delegation began their visit with an introductory briefing about the organisation, delivered by Staff Sergeant (U) Rosmeyzan bin Mohamad from the Supply Governance Cell, No. 4 Wing, Support Group, RBAirF.
CLOSING CEREMONY FOR THE JUNIOR NON-COMMISSIONED LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT COURSE SERIES 01/2025 AND THE INTERMEDIATE CLERK COURSE SERIES 2/2025
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Wednesday, 14 May 2025 – The closing ceremony for the Junior Non-Commissioned Officer (JNCO) Leadership and Management Course Series 01/2025, comprising 30 personnel and the Intermediate Clerk Course Series 01/2025, comprising 23 personnel was held at Punai Hall, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB). Major (U) Mohd Qamarularifin bin Haji Ramli, Squadron Commander of 82 Squadron, No. 8 Wing, Training Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), was the Guest of Honour. Also in attendance were officers, instructors from 82 Squadron and invited guests.
THE OPENING CEREMONY OF THE FIRST ENGLISH LANGUAGE COURSE AND INTRODUCTION TO FLIGHT SAFETY PROGRAM FOR VIETNAM AIR DEFENCE–AIR FORCE (VNADAF)
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 12 May 2025 – No. 8 Wing, Training Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), held the opening ceremony for the English Language Course and Introduction to Flight Safety Program for personnel from the Vietnam Air Defence–Air Force (VNADAF). The ceremony was held at 82 Squadron, No. 8 Wing, Training Group, RBAirF.
RBAIRF PERSONNEL AWARDED KING CHARLES III CORONATION MEDAL FOR HISTORIC PARADE PARTICIPATION
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Monday, 12 May 2025 – Five personnel from the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) were honoured with the King Charles III Coronation Medal in a ceremony held at the United Kingdom High Commissioner’s Residence, Kampong Subok. The medals were presented by Vice Admiral Phillip Hally, Chief of Defence Personnel of the British Armed Forces.
