03 RBAirF PERSONNEL ATTENDED REGIMENTAL SIGNAL OFFICER AND WARRANT OFFICER COURSE SESSION 2024
PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 06 December 2024 – 03 personnel of Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) successfully completed Regimental Signal Officer and Warrant Officer Course Session 2024 in the closing ceremony which was held at School of Infantry, Penanjong Garrison. The course was conducted by Signal Training Wing, School of Infantry commenced from 13 September 2024 until 06 December 2024.
MINDEF AND RBAF PERSONNEL’S CHILDREN EDUCATIONAL VISIT TO RBAirF
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 5 December 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) welcomed 48 visitors, comprising children and their supervisors, from the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). The visit was part of the Syababul Watan program organised by the RBAF Religious Directorate (JAMA’AT) in conjunction with the 2024 End-of-Term School Holidays.
RBAIRF OFFICER GRADUATES FROM NEW ZEALAND DEFENCE FORCE ADVANCED COMMAND AND STAFF COURSE (JOINT) 65
WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND, Wednesday, 4 December 2024 – Major (U) Emad Hamdi bin Haji Sawal has successfully graduated from the Advanced Command and Staff Course (Joint) Number 65 (ACSC(J) 65) at the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) Command and Staff College. This course, the highest level of formal military education in the NZDF, is designed to prepare officers for senior command and staff appointments.
RBAIRF PARTICIPATES VIRTUALLY IN GLOBAL AIR FORCE CLIMATE CHANGE COLLABORATION WORKING GROUP
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 2 December 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) participated virtually in the Global Air Force Climate Change Collaboration Operations Working Group event, held in conjunction with the Military Airlift and Air-to-Air Refuelling Conference in Madrid, Spain. Hosted by the Department of the Air Force Operational Energy of the United States Air Force, the event focused on the theme, “Advanced Aerodynamic Technologies and Scheduling Optimization”. The working group featured presentations from intergovernmental agencies, government bodies, academics, and industry representatives, discussing challenges and initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability in air force operations.
FIVE ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE PERSONNEL COMPLETE COMPANY/SQUADRON SERGEANT MAJOR COURSE 01/2024
PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 29 November 2024 – Five Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel completed the eight-week Company/Squadron Sergeant Major Course (CSM/SSM) 01/2024 held from 3 October to 29 November 2024.
RBAirF CHILDREN HONOURED WITH EXCELLENCE AND APPRECIATION AWARDS
TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 29 November 2024 – A total of 29 children of Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel were recognised for their outstanding academic achievements during the Excellence and Appreciation Awards Ceremony at the Auditorium Hall, Defence academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF).
