RBAirF SWIMMING & WATER POLO CHAMPIONSHIP 2024
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 14 November 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Swimming and Water Polo Championship 2024 concluded at the Sports Complex, Rimba Air Force Base. The tournament, held from 11 to 14 November 2024, saw participation from three teams representing the Operations Group, the Support Group, and the Combined Group (Headquarters, No. 7 Wing, and No. 8 Wing).
CLOSING CEREMONY FOR THE JUNIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT COURSE SERIAL 02/ 2024
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 14 November 2024 – Thirty-eight participants were awarded certificates for completing the Junior Non-Commissioned Officers Leadership and Management Course Serial 02/2024 by Major (U) Mohd Qamarularifin bin Haji Ramli, Squadron Commander of 82 Squadron, No. 8 Wing at a closing ceremony in Dewan Punai.
JUNGLE SURVIVAL TRAINING AND RESCUE SIMULATION FOR STUDENT PILOTS AND ABINITIO CREWMAN SESSION 02/2024
TEMBURONG, Thursday, 14 November 2024 – A total of 05 Student Pilots from 73 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) have completed their Jungle Survival Training (JST) and Rescue Simulation in Temburong District from 11 November to 14 November 2024.
RBAirF OFFICER COMPLETES SENIOR FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM FOR SENIOR LEADERS
SINGAPORE, Thursday, 14 November 2024 – Lieutenant Colonel (U) Pengiran Muhammad Farisan bin Pengiran Haji Metassan, Commanding Officer of No. 4 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), along with two senior officers from the Royal Brunei Land Force and Royal Brunei Navy, successfully completed the prestigious Senior Fellowship Program for Senior Leaders at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), National University of Singapore.
LAMBAK KIRI SECONDARY SCHOOL VISITS TO ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Wednesday, 13 November 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) recently welcomed 47 students and 12 teachers from Lambak Kiri Secondary School for an educational visit to the Air Force Rimba Base (Rimba AFB).
RBAirF PARTICIPATED IN THE NATIONWIDE COASTLINE CLEANLINESS CAMPAIGN, ‘COASTAL MARVEL’
BERAKAS FOREST RESERVE, Wednesday, 13 November 2024 - In conjunction with Earth Day 2024, the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) participated in the Ministry of Defence’s ‘Nationwide Coastline Cleanliness Campaign for Marine Debris,’ known as “COASTAL MARVEL.” While the campaign covers a total of eleven beaches across Brunei’s three districts, the RBAirF focused its efforts on Berakas Forest Reserve Beach. Supporting the Steering Committee on Cleanliness Issues (JIIK), the RBAirF joined members of the public to help keep Brunei Darussalam clean and free from litter pollution, demonstrating a shared commitment to preserving the beauty of the nation’s coastline.
