Friday, 31st December 2021 – RBAirF held the closing ceremony for the Corporal Leadership Course Series 02/2021 at the Leadership & Management Wing, No. 7 Wing, Syndicate classroom. A total of 18 participants successfully completed their leadership course for three weeks, from 13th December 2021 to 31st December 2021.
Present as the Guest of Honor Lieutenant (U) Muhammad Dzulfadhli bin Bahrin, Acting Training Officer of No 7 Wing. Also in attendance was the Acting Wing Sergeant Major of No 7 Wing, WO2 (U) Muhammad Alme bin Muhammad Daud, the Assistant Course Coordinator and Instructors of the Leadership & Management Course.
The ceremony commenced with the group photo session and followed by the recitation of the Surah Al-Fatihah. The welcoming speech was delivered by the course participant representative, 50434 Corporal (U) Muhammad Nazmi bin Muhammad Kamal. Followed by the closing speech delivered by the Guest of Honor marking the completion of the three weeks course. The ceremony concluded with the recitation of the ‘Doa Selamat’ by 18636 Corporal (U) Ahmad Ibtisam bin Haji Amron.
The three weeks leadership course aims to foster leadership qualities among the participants, to build teamwork, instill knowledge, attitude, skills in management and understanding duties & responsibilities to produce an efficient, responsive & effective Junior Ranks by applying the core values of RBAF & RBAirF, Loyalty, Taqwa, Courage and professionalism.
In light of the current pandemic, the classes were held via online to adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, of Brunei Darussalam.
18 ANGGOTA TUDB MENAMATKAN KURSUS KEPIMPINAN KOPERAL SIRI 02/2021

Jumaat, 31st Disember 2021 – TUDB telah mengadakan Majlis Penutup Kursus Kepimpinan Koperal Siri 02/2021 di Bilik Sindiket, Cawangan Kepimpinan & Pengurusan, Cawangan No. 7 seramai 18 peserta berjaya menamatkan kursus kepimpinan mereka selama tiga minggu bermula dari 13 Disember 2021 hingga 31 Disember 2021.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat Majlis ialah Leftenan (U) Muhammad Dzulfadhli bin Bahrin, Pemangku Pegawai Latihan, Cawangan No. 7. Turut hadir ialah Pemangku Sarjan Mejar Cawangan No. 7, PW2 (U) Muhammad Alme bin Muhammad Daud, Penolong Pegawai Pengendali Kursus dan Jurulatih-Jurulatih Kursus Kepimpinan & Pengurusan, TUDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan sesi bergambar ramai dan diikuti dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah. Ucapan alu-aluan telah disampaikan oleh wakil peserta kursus, 50434 Koperal (U) Muhammad Nazmi bin Muhammad Kamal. Kemudian ucapan penutup rasmi telah disampaikan oleh Tetamu Kehormat Majlis, menandakan tamatnya kursus kepimpinan selama tiga minggu itu. Majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Selamat oleh 18636 Koperal (U) Ahmad Ibtisam bin Haji Amron.
Kursus kepimpinan ini bertujuan untuk memupuk kualiti kepimpinan di kalangan peserta, membina kerja berpasukan, menyemai pengetahuan, sikap, kemahiran dalam pengurusan dan memahami tugas & tanggungjawab untuk melahirkan PTB Rendah yang cekap, responsif & berkesan dengan menerapkan Nilai-Nilai Teras ABDB & TUDB, kesetiaan, Taqwa, keberanian dan profesionalisme.
Memandangkan keadaan pandemik semasa, kelas diadakan secara dalam talian untuk mematuhi Prosedur Operasi Standard dan Garis Panduan yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Kesihatan, Negara Brunei Darussalam.
