STUDY VISIT FROM COMMAND AND STAFF COURSE (CSC) 12/2022 TO RBAirF

Rimba Air Force Base, Monday, 21 March 2022 – The RBAF Command and Staff Course (CSC) 12/2022 conducted a study visit to the RBAirF today. The delegation was led by Lieutenant Colonel Mohd Sallehudin bin Dato Paduka Hj Puasa, Senior Directing Staff. The delegation also consisted of 40 local officers from the RBAF, the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF), the Internal Security Department and international students. Their arrival was welcomed by the Assistant Chief of Staff, RBAirF Headquarters, Lieutenant Colonel (U) Zulkhairin bin Hj Ibrahim.

The study visit started off with the RBAirF corporate video and a presentation by Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohd Sharif bin Dato Paduka Hj Ibrahim, Commander of RBAirF. The presentation session focused on the future of the RBAirF and its capability development plans to suit the both the dynamic defence and security situation of the country as well as the growing operational demands of the organization. This was then followed by a group photo session and memento presentation by the course representative.

The delegation then continued their study visit to the Air Movement Centre, Rimba AFB. The course participants viewed the static display made up of some of the RBAirF assets showcased by the operations group, RBAirF.

This study visit is part of the single service module for CSC, which covers the introduction to services unit in RBAF.  It also aims to expose course participants to the assets and capabilities of RBAirF.

LAWATAN KERJA SAMBIL BELAJAR KURSUS MAKTAB TURUS 12/2022 KE TUDB

Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba, Isnin, 21 Mac 2022 – Peserta-peserta daripada Kursus Maktab Turus 12/2022 pada hari ini telah membuat lawatan sambil belajar ke TUDB. Rombongan diketuai oleh Leftenan Kolonel Mohd Sallehudin bin Dato Paduka Hj Puasa, Juruarah Turus Kanan. Seramai 40 Pegawai-pegawai daripada ABDB, Pasukan Polis Diraja Brunei (PPDB), Jabatan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri dan dari luar negeri turut hadir bagi lawatan tersebut. Ketibaan mereka di Markas TUDB disambut oleh Penolong Ketua Staff, Markas TUDB, Leftenan Kolonel (U) Zulkhairin bin Hj Ibrahim.

Lawatan itu dimulakan dengan tayangan video korporat TUDB dan diikuti dengan taklimat yang disampaikan oleh Brigedier Jeneral (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohd Sharif bin Dato Paduka Hj Ibrahim, Pemerintah TUDB. Taklimat tersebut tertumpu kepada perancangan masa hadapan serta keupayaan TUDB selaras dengan keadaan sekuriti dan pertahanan negara yang dinamik serta keperluan operasi organisasi yang giat berkembang.

Lawatan diteruskan ke Pusat Pergerakan Udara yang mana peserta-peserta Maktab Turus 12/2022 berpeluang untuk melihat pameran statik yang terdiri dari beberap aaset-aset TUDB yang disediakan oleh Kumpulan Gerakan, TUDB.

Lawatan Kerja sambil belajar ini adalah salah satu modul di dalam kursus Maktab Turus, yang mana ia merangkumi pengenalan kepada unit-unit di dalam ABDB. Lawatan ini juga bertujuan untuk mendedahkan peserta kursus kepada aset-aset dan keupayaan TUDB.
