BERAKAS GARISON, Friday, 02 September 2022 – A total of 03 Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel from 520 Squadron, No. 2 Wing, RBAirF, have successfully completed their course. The Mistral Technician Maintenance Course was held for 06 weeks from 25 July 2022 to 02 September 2022.
The closing ceremony was held at 520 Squadron, No. 2 Wing, RBAirF. Present as the Guest of Honour was Squadron Commander of 75 Squadron, Major (U) Hajah Noraisah binti Haji Abdul Fatra. Also present were the course instructors and invited guests. The ceremony began with a recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and a speech from the Guest of Honour. The ceremony proceeded with a certificate presentation to the course participants.
The Mistral Technician Maintenance Course aims to equip the Air Defence Technician with appropriate knowledge and understanding as a supervisor when working with Very Short Range Air Defence System (VSHORAD) weapon system Mistral and carrying out Engineering Tasks as stated in the Career Development Scheme in No. 520 Squadron.
MAJLIS PENUTUP DAN PENYAMPAIAN SIJIL BAGI KURSUS MISTRAL TECHNICIAN MAINTENANCE COURSE NO. 02/2022
BERAKAS GARISON, Jumaat, 02 September 2022 – Seramai 03 orang anggota Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) dari Skuadron 520, Cawangan No. 2, TUDB telah menamatkan kursus pada hari ini. Kursus Mistral Technician Maintenance berlangsung selama 06 minggu bermula 25 Julai 2022 sehingga 02 September 2022.
Majlis penutup kursus diadakan di Skuadron 520, Cawangan No. 2, TUDB. Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Mejar (U) Hajah Noraisah binti Haji Abdul Fatra, Pegawai Memerintah Skuadron 75, Cawangan No. 7. Turut hadir ialah jurulatih-jurulatih kursus dan para jemputan. Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti dengan ucapan dari Tetamu Kehormat. Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil kepada peserta-peserta kursus.
Kursus Mistral Technician Maintenance bertujuan untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuan, meningkatkan kemahiran serta melatih para perserta kursus untuk membuat pemeliharaan keseluruhan Sistem Very Short Range Air Defence System (VSHORAD) weapon system Mistral yang sesuai dengan tugasan operasi mereka sepertimana yang dinyatakan didalam Skim Perkembangan Kerjaya di dalam Skuadron 520.
