BOLKIAH GARISON, Wednesday, 19 October 2022 - A total of 15 Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Officers attended a Summary Dealing Course Series 01/2022 held at the Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Office, Ministry of Defence. Among the course participants were 06 Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Officers. The course commenced from 11 October 2022 until 19 October 2022 which was aimed to broaden the knowledge on disciplinary processes in the military and justice system, the understanding on the proper conduct of summary dealing as well as awareness on increasing military offences.
The course was concluded with a Certificate Presentation Ceremony by an officer from the JAG’s Office.
06 PEGAWAI TUDB MENGHADIRI KURSUS PERBICARAAN SECARA TERUS SIRI 01/2022
BOLKIAH GARISON, Rabu, 19 Oktober 2022 – Seramai 15 orang Pegawai-pegawai Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) telah menghadiri Kursus Perbicaraan Secara Terus Siri 01/2022 yang telah dijalankan di Pejabat Perundangan Tentera, Kementerian Pertahanan. 06 orang Pegawai-pegawai Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) merupakan di antara peserta kursus tersebut. Kursus ini dikendalikan bermula dari 11 Oktober 2022 hingga 19 Oktober 2022 bertujuan untuk meluaskan pengetahuan mengenai proses disiplin dalam sistem ketenteraan dan keadilan, pemahaman mengenai tatacara pengendalian perbicaraan secara terus serta kesedaran mengenai peningkatan kesalahan tentera.
Kursus ini diakhiri dengan Majlis Penyampaian Sijil oleh Pegawai Perundangan daripada Pejabat Perundangan Tentera.
