CANBERRA, AUSTRALIA, Friday, 02 December 2022 – Major (U) Abdul Hamid Moslim had successfully completed the Australia Command and Staff Course (ACSC) at the Australian War College from the 17 January to the 02 December 2022. Officers and Warrant Officers from the Australian Defense Force, the Australian Public Service, and the International Defense Forces comprised about a quarter of the 191 Course Members who attended the on-campus full-time residential course. The aim of the course is to produce officers who can fulfill command and staff appointments in single-Service, joint, multinational, and interagency environments. Course participants are expected to succeed in command, leadership, and military operations, while focusing on the cultivation of enduring personal traits.
Australian National University administers the broad curriculum of the Australian Criminal and Security Commission (ACSC). The recent Graduation Ceremony was held on December 2, 2022 at the Australian Defence Force Academy’s Adams Auditorium, marking the conclusion of the year-long programme. His Excellency General (Retired) The Honourable David Hurley, Governor-General of Australia, was the event’s Guest of Honor. As an invited guest, His Excellency Garry Ramlee Ibrahim, High Commissioner of Brunei to Australia, was also present. During the occasion, Major (U) Abdul Hamid Moslim was presented a Passed Staff College (Joint) certificate from the Australian War College and a Masters of Military and Defence Studies degree from the Australian National University. During the ceremony, he was awarded the Overseas Course Members Prize, making him one of the prize recipients. Major (U) Abdul Hamid Moslim was granted the medal for having made the most significant contribution to the international character of the course among the fifty course participants from twenty-five nations.
PEGAWAI TUDB MENAMATKAN KURSUS MAKTAB TURUS AUSTRALIA
CANBERRA, AUSTRALIA, Juma’at, 02 Disember 2022 – Seorang Pegawai Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei telah berjaya menjalani dan menamatkan Kursus Maktab Turus Australia (ACSC) yang dikendalikan di
Australian War College dari 17 Januari 2022 – 2 Disember 2022. Peserta-peserta kursus tersebut yang berjumlah 191 orang terdiri daripada Pegawai-pegawai serta Pegawai Waran dari Angkatan Tentera Australia, Perkhidmatan Awam Australia serta peserta dari Angkatan Tentera antarabangsa. Objektif kursus ini adalah untuk menghasilkan pegawai-pegawai yang dapat memenuhi keperluan tugas pegawai turus dan perintah dalam unit-unit tentera dan bersama serta kerjasama dengan agensi-agensi lain. Peserta-peserta kursus diharap agar dapat menjalankan peranan pemerintahan, kepimpinan serta operasi dan pada masa yang sama memfokus kepada perkembangan individu.

Governor-General Australia. Juga hadir ke acara tersebut adalah Tuan Yang Terutama Garry Ramlee Ibrahim, Pesuruhjaya Tinggi Negara Brunei Darussalam ke Australia. Semasa acara tersebut, Mejar (U) Abdul Hamid juga telah dianugerahkan
Overseas Course Members Prize. Beliau menerima anugerah tersebut atas sumbangannya yang paling signifikan kepada karakter antarabangsa kursus tersebut di kalangan 50 orang peserta kursus 25 buah negara.
