BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Friday, 03 February 2023 – A total of 15 Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel attended the Defence Ideation, Invention and Innovation (DI3) Workshop organised by the Centre of Science and Technology Research and Development (CSTRAD) from 24 January 2023 to 02 February 2023 at the University of Technology Brunei Darussalam (UTB).
The workshop blended academic and practical learning, exposing the participants to classroom-based lessons and hands-on practicals at the UTB Mechanical Labs. Throughout the 08-day workshop, the participants were taught academic theories on project management fundamentals and techniques, followed by an introduction to 3D modeling and prototyping basics and, finally, an introduction to mechanical engineering processes.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Jumaat, 03 Februari 2023 – Seramai 15 anggota Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) telah menghadiri Bengkel
Defence Ideation, Invention and Innovation (DI3) telah dianjurkan oleh Pusat Penyelidikan dan Pembangunan Sains dan Teknologi (P3ST) dari 24 Januari 2023 hingga 02 Februari 2023 di Universiti Teknologi Brunei Darussalam (UTB).
Bengkel ini menggabungkan pembelajaran akademik dan praktikal, mendedahkan para peserta kepada pelajaran berasaskan bilik darjah dan praktikal di Makmal Mekanikal UTB. Sepanjang bengkel selama 08 hari itu, para peserta telah diajar teori akademik mengenai asas dan teknik pengurusan projek, diikuti dengan pengenalan kepada asas pemodelan dan prototaip 3D dan, akhirnya, pengenalan kepada proses kejuruteraan mekanikal.
