REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Wednesday, 15 March 2023 – The 1st Air Working Group (AWG) Meeting between the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) and Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) was held successfully from 15 to 16 March 2023 in the Republic of Singapore. The Co-Chairman from the RBAirF was Lieutenant Colonel (U) Haji Mohammad Albadii Shahnoel bin Haji Mohammad Noeh, Chief of Staff and representing the RSAF was Brigadier General Lau Boon Ping, Chief of Staff – Air Staff, RSAF.
The AWG Meeting commenced with an opening remark from both Co-Chairmans before proceeding with the predetermined agenda. The objectives of the meeting were to discuss matters of activities, interactions and exchanges, which are aimed to further enhance RBAirF and RSAF cooperation and relationship. The meeting was concluded officially with closing statements by both Co-Chairmans and a memento exchange. The AWG Meeting will be held annually and hosted by both countries on an alternate basis.
The RBAirF delegation also made an official visit to 129 Squadron (under Imagery Exploitation Group, UAV Command) and was given a tour of the Smart Airbase Concept in Paya Lebar Air Base.

MESYUARAT PERTAMA KELOMPOK KERJA UDARA TUDB – TURS 2023
RUPUBLIK SINGAPURA, Rabu, 15 Mac 2023 – Mesyuarat Pertama Kelompok Kerja Udara (KKU) diantara Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) – Tentera Udara Republik Singapura (TURS) telah berlangsung dengan jayanya pada 15 hingga 16 Mac 2023 di Republik Singapura. Pengerusi Bersama dari TUDB ialah Leftenan Kolonel (U) Haji Mohammad Albadii Shahnoel bin Haji Mohammad Noeh, Ketua Staff dan bagi mewakili pihak TURS ialah Brigedier Jeneral Lau Boon Ping,
Chief of Staff – Air Staff,
RSAF.
Mesyuarat KKU dimulakan dengan ucapan pembukaan daripada kedua-dua Pengerusi Bersama sebelum meneruskan agenda yang telah dirancangkan. Objektif mesyuarat ini adalah untuk membincangkan aktiviti, interaksi dan pertukaran bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hubungan dan mengekalkan kerjasama diantara TUDB dan TURS. Mesyuarat telah diakhiri secara rasmi dengan kenyataan penutup daripada kedua-dua Pengerusi Bersama dan pertukaran cenderahati. Mesyuarat KKU ini akan diadakan setahun sekali dan dihoskan oleh kedua-dua negara secara bergilir-gilir.
Rombongan TUDB juga telah membuat lawatan rasmi ke Skuadron 129 (di bawah
Imagery Exploitation Group, UAV Command) dan telah membuat lawatan ke
Smart Airbase Concept di
Paya Lebar Air Base.
