TUTONG, Friday, 01 September 2023 – A Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel, Warrant Officer 1 (U) Ronald bin Aliman @ Laman from No. 5 Wing, Support Group, RBAirF and his son Muhammad Ishqal bin Ronald converted to Islam at his home in Lamunin, Tutong.
The Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel (U) Pg Md Khairul Arifin bin Pg Hj Md Salleh, Commanding Officer of No. 5 Wing, Support Group, RBAirF. The event was followed by the presentation of the commemorative gifts to Warrant Officer 1 (U) Ronald bin Aliman @ Laman and his son Muhammad Ishqal bin Ronald by the Guest of Honour. The event was attended by RBAirF officers and personnel, as well as family members of the new converts.
The ceremony began with a recitation of the opening Doa, a conversion event with a recitation of Shahada. The event was then followed by the Dikir Marhaban, a memento presentation, and concluded with the closing Doa.

TUTONG, Jumaat, 01 September 2023 – Seorang anggota Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB), Pegawai Waran 1 (U) Ronald bin Aliman @ Laman dari Cawangan No. 5, Kumpulan Bantu, TUDB dan anaknya Muhammad Ishqal bin Ronald telah memeluk Islam di rumah mereka di Lamunin,Tutong.
Tetamu Kehormat ialah Leftenan Kolonel (U) Pg Md Khairul Arifin bin Pg Hj Md Salleh, Pegawai Pemerintah Cawangan No. 5, Kumpulan Bantu, TUDB. Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian cenderamata kepada Pegawai Waran 1 (U) Ronald bin Aliman @ Laman dan anaknya, Muhammad Ishqal bin Ronald oleh Tetamu Kehormat majlis. Majlis ini dihadiri oleh pegawai dan anggota TUDB serta ahli keluarga saudara baru.
Majlis dimulakan dengan Doa Pembuka Majlis, Upacara Pengislaman dengan bacaan Shahadah. Majlis diserikan dengan Dikir Marhaban, penyampaian cenderahati dan seterusnya diakhiri dengan doa penutup.
