RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 19 June 2023 – The Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation for the Bell 206B Jet Ranger III Technical Course was conducted by 75 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) from 05 to 16 June 2023 and was held at 73 Squadron, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB). The graduates consisted of 02 Student Pilots from 73 Squadron, 7 Wing, RBAirF, namely Lieutenant (U) Dayang Nikmatul Fatinah binti Haji Awang Ismail and Lieutenant (U) Mohammad Khalid Wassadi Salleh bin Haji Mahmud.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Captain (U) Pengiran Abdul Azim bin Pengiran Idris, the Acting Squadron Commander of 75 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, RBAirF. Also present at the event were No. 7 Wing Officers and the course instructors. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and an opening speech delivered by a course representative. The ceremony then proceeded with a closing speech by the Guest of Honour, certificate presentation to the course participants and concluded with a closing Doa.
The objective of the Bell 206B Jet Ranger III Technical Course is to further equip course participants with the technical knowledge and understanding of the Bell 206B Jet Ranger III aircraft system and how to safely operate the aircraft. The course is a prerequisite before attending the Basic Helicopter Course (BHC) conducted by 73 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, RBAirF.
MAJLIS PENUTUP DAN PENYAMPAIAN SIJIL BAGI KURSUS TEKNIKAL BELL 206B JET RANGER III
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Isnin, 19 Jun 2022 - Majlis Penutup dan Penyampaian Sijil bagi Kursus Teknikal Bell 206B Jet Ranger III telah sempurna dilaksanakan oleh Skuadron 75, Cawangan No. 7, Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) yang telah diadakan bermula dari 05 hingga 16 Jun 2023 bertempat di Skuadron 73, Cawangan No. 7, Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba (PTU Rimba). Peserta kursus terdiri dari 02 Pegawai Pelatih Juruterbang dalam latihan Skuadron 73, Cawangan No. 7, iaitu Leftenan (U) Dayang Nikmatul Fatinah binti Haji Awang Ismail dan Leftenan (U) Mohammad Khalid Wassadi Salleh bin Haji Mahmud.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat Majlis ialah Kapten (U) Pengiran Abdul Azim bin Pengiran Idris, Pemangku Pegawai Memerintah Skuadron 75, Cawangan No. 7, TUDB. Turut hadir pada majlis tersebut ialah Pegawai-Pegawai dan Jurulatih-jurulatih Kursus Teknikal Cawangan No. 7. Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan ucapan alu-aluan daripada wakil peserta kursus. Majlis diteruskan dengan ucapan daripada tetamu kehormat, penyerahan sijil kepada peserta kursus dan diakhiri dengan bacaan doa penutup majlis.
Objektif Kursus Teknikal Bell 206B Jet Ranger III adalah untuk melengkapkan peserta kursus dengan pengetahuan teknikal dan pemahaman tentang sistem pesawat terbang Bell 206B Jet Ranger III dan cara mengendalikan pesawat dengan selamat. Ianya adalah prasyarat sebelum peserta kursus mengikuti kursus Basic Helicopter Course (BHC) yang dikendalikan oleh Skuadron 73, Cawangan No. 7, TUDB.
