RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 15 November 2024 – The Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation for the Fire Warden and Operational Health and Safety (OHS) Course Series 02/2024 took place at 32 Squadron, No. 3 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), Rimba Air Base. The course was conducted from 11 November 2024 to 15 November 2024. A total of 20 personnel participated in the course.
The aim of the course is to educate personnel on fire safety and emergency procedures, empowering them to effectively respond to and manage fire incidents in the workplace. Participants typically learn about evacuation protocols, and the proper use of firefighting equipment to ensure a safe and coordinated response in case of a fire. Furthermore, it is to provide an understanding of how to identify hazard and create incident reports using the Hazard Observation Card (HOC).
Present at the event as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel (U) Mohd Anwar Shah bin Hj Napiah, Commanding Officer No 3 Wing, Operations Group, RBAirF. The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and followed by a speech from the Guest of Honour. The ceremony proceeded with the presentation of certificates to the course participants and concluded with the recital of Closing Prayers and a group photo session.

MAJLIS PENUTUP & PENYAMPAIAN SIJIL BAGI KURSUS FIRE WARDEN DAN KESIHATAN KESELAMATAN KERJA (KKK) SIRI 2/2024
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Juma’at, 15 November 2024 – Majlis Penutup Kursus bagi Kursus Fire Warden dan Kesihatan Keselamatan Kerja Siri 2/2024 telah diadakan di Skuadron Perkhidmatan Bomba, Cawangan No. 3, Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB). Kursus tersebut telah dikendalikan pada 11 hingga 15 November 2024. Seramai 20 anggota telah menyertai kursus tersebut.
Matlamat kursus tersebut adalah untuk mendidik anggota tentang aspek keselamatan kebakaran serta melaksanakan dengan betul tatacara menangani kecemasan api di tempat kerja. Peserta juga diberi tunjuk ajar mengenai protokol evakuasi, serta tatacara penggunaan peralatan pencegah kebakaran yang betul dan selamat jika berlakunya kebakaran. Selain itu, kursus tersebut juga memberi penerangan mengenai dengan cara-cara untuk mengenalpasti bahaya serta tatacara membuat laporan dengan menggunakan
Hazard Observation Card (HOC).
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat pada majlis tersebut ialah Leftenan Kolonel (U) Mohd Anwar Shah bin Haji Napiah, Pegawai Pemerintah Cawangan No 3, TUDB. Majlis tersebut dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti oleh ucapan dari Tetamu Kehormat. Majlis seterusnya diikuti oleh penyampaian sijil kepada peserta-peserta kursus. Acara tersebut ditutup dengan bacaan Doa Penutup dan sesi bergambar ramai.
TUDB mengucapkan tahniah kepada semua peserta yang telah menamatkan kursus tersebut.
