BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Friday, 17 February 2023 – The Closing Ceremony for Human Factors and Flight Safety Awareness Course was held today by No. 75 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF). The course was held for two weeks, from 06 February 2023 until 16 February 2023, with 9-course participants from Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Technical Equipment Maintenance Department (TEMD) personnel of No. 5 Wing, Support Group, RBAirF.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and was followed by a speech from the Guest of Honour. Present as the Guest of Honour was Major (U) Hajah Noraisah binti Haji Abdul Fatra, Squadron Commander of No. 75 Squadron. Also present was the Officer-In-Charge of Course Design and Development/Continuous Training Advisory Team, Course Instructors, and guests. The ceremony then concluded with the certificate presentation to the course participants and closing Doa.
The course aims to provide a Human Factor foundation and to increase Flight Safety awareness within the workplace of GSE personnel. The themes covered throughout the course include teamwork, organisational culture and learning, risk assessment, occurrence report, fatigue, behaviour, and stress.

Human Factors and Flight Safety
Awareness telah dilaksanakan oleh Skuadron 75, Cawangan No. 7, Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB). Peserta kursus terdiri daripada anggota
Ground Support Equipment (GSE) dan Bahagian Pemeliharaan Kelengkapan Teknikal (BPKT), Cawangan No. 5, Kumpulan Bantu, TUDB. Kursus tersebut telah dijalankan selama 02 minggu bermula 06 Februari 2023 sehingga 16 Februari 2023.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Mejar (U) Hajah Noraisah binti Haji Abdul Fatra, Pegawai Memerintah, Skuadron 75. Turut hadir ialah Pegawai Penguasa Rekaan dan Perkembangan Kursus/Tim Penasihat dan Kesinambungan Latihan, jurulatih-jurulatih kursus dan para jemputan. Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah diikuti dengan ucapan dari Tetamu Kehormat. Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil dan perasmian bagi penutup kursus. Majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Penutup.
Kursus ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan asas faktor manusia dan untuk meningkatkan kesedaran Keselamatan Penerbangan di tempat kerja anggota GSE. Antar subjek-subjek yang disampaikan termasuk kerja berpasukan, budaya dan pembelajaran organisasi, penilaian risiko, laporan kejadian, letih, tingah laku serta tekanan.
