CHANGI EXHIBITION CENTRE, Singapore, Wednesday, 21 February 2024 – Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif Bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), attended the 2nd Singapore Airshow 2024, from 19 to 21 February 2024. As one of Asia’s largest and most significant global events in the Aerospace and Defence sector, the Singapore Airshow is renowned for attracting an extensive network of senior delegates from the commercial, government and defence sectors.
During the event, the RBAirF Commander conducted several courtesy calls. These included meetings with Major General Kelvin Khong Boon Leong, Chief of the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), General Kevin B. Schneider, Commander of the Pacific Air Forces, Air Vice-Marshal Glen Braz, the Air Commander of Australia and Air Vice-Marshal Darryn Webb, Chief of the Royal New Zealand Air Force. These interactions were instrumental in recognising and further solidifying the enduring bilateral ties, focusing on future collaborations in exchange programs, training and combined flying operations with the respective Air Forces.
The Commander also participated in the opening ceremony & networking session, followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony and embarked on a comprehensive tour of the exhibition. This tour encompassed a diverse range of companies associated with airpower capabilities of interest to the RBAirF. The Singapore Airshow showcased a balanced representation of Defence and Civil Aviation exhibitors.
The Singapore Airshow 2024 is an essential platform for defence delegations worldwide, facilitating crucial discussions and interactions on contemporary defence, security and safety issues. The Display Booths at the event offered invaluable opportunities for delegation members, particularly those involved in RBAirF Capability Projects. This show segment enables the members to acquire a more in-depth insight and closely examine the latest technology and innovations in their respective fields.

Singapore Airshow 2024 dari 19 Februari hingga 21 Februari 2024. Sebagai salah satu acara terbesar dan penting di Asia dalam sektor
Aerospace dan Pertahanan,
Singapore Airshow juga terkenal sebagai landasan utama sebagai pusat interaksi bagi semua sektor komersial, kerajaan dan pertahanan.
Selain daripada menghadiri acara tersebut, Pemerintah TUDB juga telah melaksanakan beberapa kunjungan hormat. Ini termasuk perjumpaan bersama Mejar Jeneral Kelvin Khong Boon Leong, Pemerintah Tentera Udara Republik Singapura, Jeneral Kevin B. Schneider, Pemerintah Tentera Udara Pasifik, Air Vice-Marshal Glen Braz, Pemerintah Udara Australia dan Air Vice-Marshall Darryn Webb, Pemerintah Tentera Udara Diraja New Zealand. Kunjungan hormat ini adalah penting dalam memperkukuhkan hubungan dua hala yang telah terjalin melalui perkongsian yang berkaitan dengan program perkongsian maklumat, latihan dan operasi penerbangan antara TUDB dan Tentera-tentera Udara yang lain.
Pemerintah TUDB menghadiri upacara pembukaan rasmi, diikuti dengan upacara reben dan seterusnya membuat lawatan ke pameran-pameran yang disediakan. Lawatan ini merangkumi pelbagai syarikat yang berkaitan dengan keperluan keupayaan udara TUDB.
Singapore Airshow pada kali ini telah mempamerkan beberapa syarikat dari pelbagai bidang dari sektor pertahanan dan sektor penerbangan awam.
Singapore Airshow 2024 adalah merupakan satu landasan yang penting bagi delegasi-delegasi pertahanan dari pelbagai negara untuk membincangkan dan berinteraksi mengenai isu-isu semasa yang berkaitan dengan pertahanan, sekuriti dan keselamatan. Ianya juga memberikan peluang yang sangat bermanfaat terutama kepada ahli delegasi yang juga merupakan ahli Projek-projek keupayaan TUDB. Dengan adanya kunjungan ini, ahli-ahli delegasi dapat mengetahui dan melihat secara lebih dekat teknologi dan inovasi keupayaan udara yang dipamerkan.
