BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 20 August 2026 – The Enlisted Air Power Forum 2026 was held at Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garrison. The event was organised by the Air Force Sergeant Major (AFSM) in collaboration with the Senior Warrant Officers and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers’ (SNCO) Mess Committee, gathering 386 Warrant Officers and enlisted personnel from across the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF).
Present as the Guest of Honour was Brigadier General (Udara) Haji Haszahaidi bin Haji Ahmad Daud, Commander of the RBAirF, who participated in an interactive forum discussion alongside the AFSM. The session provided an open avenue for engagement and the exchange of strategic views on leadership, personnel development, and the future direction of the RBAirF.
The programme proceeded with a comprehensive panel discussion involving representatives from No. 1 Wing, No. 2 Wing, No. 4 Wing, and No. 5 Wing. This segment offered participants a valuable opportunity to exchange insights and operational experiences regarding their respective roles and collective contributions toward supporting the RBAirF’s overall combat and operational effectiveness.
Held under the theme “Together, We Empower Airmen, Together, We Strengthen Air Power,” the forum emphasized the critical importance of effective leadership, continuous professional development, and transparent communication among Warrant Officers and enlisted personnel. The event successfully strengthened engagement between command leadership and frontline personnel, highlighting their vital role in maintaining discipline, upholding operational readiness, and contributing to the enduring capability development of the RBAirF.
FORUM ENLISTED AIR POWER 2026
BERAKAS GARISON, Khamis, 20 Ogos 2026 – Forum Enlisted Air Power 2026 telah diadakan di Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garison. Majlis tersebut telah dianjurkan oleh Sarjan Mejar Tentera Udara (SMTU) dengan kerjasama Jawatankuasa Mes Pegawai Waran dan Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah (PTB) Kanan, yang menghimpunkan seramai 386 Pegawai Waran dan anggota Lain-Lain Peringkat (LLP) Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB).
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Brigedier Jeneral (Udara) Haji Haszahaidi bin Haji Ahmad Daud, Pemerintah TUDB, yang turut serta dalam sesi perbincangan forum interaktif bersama SMTU. Sesi tersebut menyediakan platform terbuka bagi sesi dialog serta pertukaran pandangan strategik mengenai kepimpinan, pembangunan anggota, dan hala tuju masa depan TUDB.
Program diteruskan dengan sesi perbincangan panel komprehensif yang melibatkan wakil-wakil daripada Cawangan No. 1, Cawangan No. 2, Cawangan No. 4, dan Cawangan No. 5. Segmen ini memberi peluang bernilai kepada para peserta untuk bertukar-tukar pandangan serta pengalaman operasi mengenai peranan masing-masing dan sumbangan kolektif mereka dalam menyokong keberkesanan operasi TUDB.
Bertemakan “Together, We Empower Airmen, Together, We Strengthen Air Power,” forum tersebut menekankan kepentingan utama kepimpinan yang berkesan, pembangunan profesional yang berterusan, dan komunikasi yang telus dalam kalangan Pegawai Waran serta anggota LLP. Majlis ini telah berjaya memperkukuh interaksi antara pucuk pimpinan dan anggota LLP, sekali gus menyerlahkan peranan penting mereka dalam mengekalkan disiplin, mendukung kesiapsiagaan operasi, dan menyumbang kepada pembangunan keupayaan TUDB yang mampan.
