RIMBA AIR BASE, Wednesday 26 April 2017 – Handover and Takeover Parade of the new Commanding Officer of No. 1 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force was held on 26 April 2017 at Hanger B, Rimba Air Base.
A handover and takeover certificate was signed between the outgoing Commanding Officer and the new Commanding Officer during the ceremony.
339 Lieutenant Colonel (U) Abd Rahman bin Hj Duraman handed over the appointment of No.1 Wing Commanding Officer to 494 Lieutenant Colonel (U) Mohd Sufian bin Awg Ahmed. Also present were No. 11, No. 12, No. 14 & No.15 Squadron Officers Commanding, Officers of No. 1 Wing and its personnel.
The parade comprised of 1 contingent from the No. 1 Wing, commanded by 791 Capt (U) Ak Abdul Aziz bin Pg Dato Paduka Hj Abd Wahab
The event ended with a photo session of the outgoing and new Commanding Officer of No. 1 Wing and its personnel.
