Pangkalan Rimba, Khamis, 22 Sep 2016 – Kursus Asas Pertahanan Pangkalan Sesi 2016 telah disempurnakan hari ini oleh Mej (U) Peter bin Ulat, Pegawai Pemerintah Cawangan No. 2 Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei(TUDB). Kursus ini dijadualkan berlangsung selama6 minggu, bermula pada 19 September 2016 hingga 28 Oktober 2016.
Kursus ini dihadiri oleh 28 anggota Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei dan turut dibantu oleh dua jurulatih dari Pertahanan Pangkalan Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei (TLDB). Eksesais ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan menyerapkan tatacara perlaksanaan tugas serta tanggungjawab bagi konsep mempertahankan Pangkalan dan di samping itu juga merapatkan lagi hubungan di antara kedua unit Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei.
Majlis ini juga dihadiri oleh Lt Kdr Surainawati bte Abdul Samat, Pegawai Pemerintah Pangkalan, Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei.
OPENING CEREMONY OF BASIC BASE DEFENSE COURSE 2016
Rimba Base, Thursday, 22th Sep 2016 – Basic Base Defense course officially started launched today by Mej (U) Peter bin Ulat, Commanding Officer of No. 2 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF). This course will be conducted for 6 weeks, started from 19 September 2016 until 28th October 2016.
This course consists of 28 personnel from Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) and supported by two additional RBN Base Defense Instructors. The aim of this course is to teach the basic skills and knowledge of basic base defense in order to conduct primary task effectively and efficiently, and also to understand the responsibility of base defense those involved and at the same to further strengthen the military to military. At the same time, to further strengthen the military relations between two units of Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
This event is also attended by Lt Kdr Surainawati bte Abdul Samat, Commanding Officer of Base, Royal Brunei Navy.
