By consent of His Majesty the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Negara Brunei Darussalam, Minister of Defence and Supreme Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF),51001 OCdt (U) Ak Md Izzat bin Pg Sufri was promoted to 1133 Lt (U) Ak Md Izzat bin Pg Sufri.
The ceremony took place on 26 February 2016 at the Royal Brunei Air Force Headquarter in Rimba. Present as the guest of honour was 265 Col (U) Shahril Anwar bin Hj Ma’awiah, Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force. The event commences with the recitation of surah Al-Fatihah prior to the presentation of the new rank. Lt(U) Ak Md Izzat bin Pg Sufri underwent training in Officer Cadet School Sungai Akar as part of intake 13. He was then sent to Royal Air Force College (RAFC) Cranwell in April 2015 to undergo Initial Officer Training Course. He graduated from the RAFC Cranwell on 17 December 2015.
After the presentation of the new rank to 1133 Lt(U) Ak Md Izzat bin Pg Sufri, the event was concluded with the recitation of Doa Kesyukuran.
Atas Titah perkenan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam, Menteri Pertahanan dan Pemerintah Tertinggi Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB), 51001 PKdt (U) Ak Md Izzat bin Pg Sufri telah dinaikkan pangkat ke 1133 Lt (U) Ak Md Izzat bin Pg Sufri.
Majlis kenaikkan pangkat berlangsung di Markas Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei Rimba yang disempurnakan oleh 265 Kol (U) Sharil Anwar bin Hj Ma’awiah, Pemerintah Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan surah Al-Fatihah sebelum penyampaian pangkat. Lt (U) Ak Md Izzat bin Pg Sufri menjalani latihan di Sekolah Pegawai Kadet Sungai Akar pengambilan ke 13. Pada bulan April 2015, beliau terpilih untuk menjalani latihan di Royal Air Force College (RAFC) Cranwell bagi kursus Initial Officer Training. Beliau menamatkan latihan dari RAFC Cranwell pada 17 Disember 2015.
Selepas penyampaian pangkat bagi 1133 Lt (U) Ak Md Izzat bin Pg Sufri, majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Kesyukuran.
