ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE CELEBRATES ITS 58TH ANNIVERSARY
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 24 June 2024 – To commemorate the Royal Brunei Air Force’s (RBAirF) 58th Anniversary, the airmen and airwomen including the civilian staffs gathered adorning the various RBAirF vocational uniforms for a parade to mark the occasion at Hangar B, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB).
DOA KESYUKURAN CEREMONY TO COMMEMORATE RBAirF 58th ANNIVERSARY
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Sunday, 23 June 2024 – In conjunction with Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) 58th Anniversary, a Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony was held at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB).
PILOT WING PRESENTATION CEREMONY FOR TWO RBAirF OFFICERS
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 21 June 2024 – Lieutenant (U) Dyg Nikmatul Fatinah binti Hj Awg Ismail and Lieutenant (U) Mohd Khalid Wassadi Salleh bin Hj Mahmud was presented with their Pilot Wings badges by Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohd Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) at Rajawali Foyer, RBAirF Headquarters.
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT EXCHANGE ON AIR OPERATIONS CENTRE WITH PACIFIC INTEGRATED AIR AND MISSILE DEFENCE (IAMD) CENTER
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Wednesday, 19 June 2024 – Pacific Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD) Center hosted the Subject Matter Exchange SMEE via video teleconference (VTC) involving 18 countries including the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF). Representing RBAirF were Captain (U) Mohd Aladdin bin Awg Hj Besar, the Acting Officer Commanding, 238 Squadron of No. 2 Wing, Operations Group, RBAirF with officers and personnel from No. 2 Wing.
RBAirF HELD SURAH YAASIN AND TAHLIL RECITATION AT KUBAH MAKAM DIRAJA IN CONJUNCTION WITH RBAirF’S 58th ANNIVERSARY
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Tuesday, 18 June 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a recitation of Surah Yaasin and Tahlil for the late parents of His Majesty the Sultan Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman and Al-Marhum Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Muda Haji ‘Abdul ‘Azim Ibni Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah at Kubah Makam Diraja in conjunction with the RBAirF’s 58th Anniversary at the Royal Mausoleum Building, Jalan Tutong, Bandar Seri Begawan.
RBAirF HOLDS KORBAN AND AQIQAH EVENT 1445 HIJRAH
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Tuesday, 18 June 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Korban and Aqiqah Event was held at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB) in conjunction with the Hari Raya Eid Ul-Adha 1445H. A total of 03 buffaloes and 02 goats were sacrificed and the sacrificial meat was distributed to the RBAirF personnel and residents of Kampong Rimba.
