HANDOVER TAKEOVER CEREMONY FOR THE COMMANDING OFFICER OF NO. 2 WING, OPERATIONS GROUP, ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 14 June 2024 – No. 2 Wing, Operations Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a handover ceremony for the Commanding Officer (CO) No.2 Wing, between the outgoing CO Lieutenant Colonel (U) Amierul Halpi bin Talip and the incoming CO Major (U) Muhd Adif bin Zaman. The ceremony took place at the No.2 Wing Headquarters, Rimba Air Force Base (AFB) witnessed by officers, personnel and staff of No. 2 Wing.

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 14 June 2024 – No. 6 Wing, Support Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held the Handover Takeover Ceremony between the outgoing Commanding Officer of No. 6 Wing, Lieutenant Colonel (U) Pengiran Hairol Iskandar bin Pengiran Ahmad and the newly appointed Commanding Officer, Major (U) Pengiran Muhammad Mufid bin Pengiran Haji Umar Ariffin. The ceremony took place at the 61 Squadron (Motor Transport) Building, Rimba Air Force Base (AFB) where it was witnessed by Officers and personnel of No. 6 Wing.
COMMANDER RBAirF RECEIVES AN INTRODUCTORY CALL FROM DEFENCE ATTACHE OF GERMAN TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
RIMBA AIR FORCE, Thursday, 13 June 2024 - Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, the Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), received an Introductory Call from Colonel (GS) Markus Theil Defence Attache of Germany to Brunei Darussalam. Also present during the call was Her Excellency Ambassador Gerda Winkler, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Brunei Darussalam.
ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE OFFICERS AND PERSONNEL RECEIVED STATE HONORARY MEDALS
ISTANA NURUL IMAN, Wednesday, 12 June 2024 – His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented State Honorary Medals of Brunei Darussalam to Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) personnel. In attendance as personal representative for His Majesty to bestow the State Honorary Medals was His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office. The Conferment Ceremony was held at Balai Singgahsana Indera Kenchana, Istana Nurul Iman.
RBAirF AIRCREW ATTENDS AVIATION PHYSIOLOGY TRAINING (APT) COURSE AT REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE
REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Friday, 07 June 2024 – Fourteen Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) aircrew consisting of seven pilots, one student pilot, five rear crew and one loadmaster attended the Aviation Physiology Training (APT) course conducted by the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) from 03 June 2024 to 07 June 2024 at The Changi Aeromedical Centre, Republic of Singapore.
RBAirF OFFICER COMPLETES SQUADRON OFFICER COURSE 2024-A IN THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES
REPUBLIC OF PHILIPPINES, Monday, 10 June 2024 – Captain (U) Mohammad Harith Haji Edin, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), has successfully completed Squadron Officer Course 2024-A in the Philippines Air Force (PAF), Republic of the Philippines from 14 January 2024 to 10 June 2024. The five-month course was conducted at the Philippines Air Force Officer School (PAFOS), Air Education Training and Doctrine Command (AETDC), Fernando Air Base (FAB), Lipa City, Batangas.
