RBAirF COMMANDER RECEIVES AN OFFICE CALL FROM UNITED STATES NAVY INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM OFFICE (NIPO)
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Tuesday, 30 April 2024 – Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Hj Ibrahim, Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) received an Office Call from Captain Matt “Bincs” Zublic of the United States Navy International Program Office (NIPO). Also present were W. Ryan Hughes from the United States NIPO, Commander Bert Bratton, Defence Attaché and Chief of the Office of Defense Cooperation to Brunei Darussalam, along with senior officials from RBAirF.
RBAirF LOWER MANAGEMENT OFFICERS SESSION WITH RBAirF COMMANDER
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 26 April 2024 – The second Fireside Chat session for 2024 was held at Punai Hall, Rimba Air Force Base. This time, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Officers from the rank of Captain and Lieutenant had the opportunity to engage in an informal discussions and exchange of ideas with Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, the Commander of RBAirF.
NO.2 WING, OPERATIONS GROUP NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS PROMOTION CEREMONY
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 26 April 2024 – No. 2 Wing, Operations Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), recently held a promotion ceremony for 13 personnel consisting of 02 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and 11 Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCOs) at No. 2 Wing Headquarters, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB).
PASSING OUT PARADE CEREMONY FOR 13 ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE MALE RECRUIT OF THE INTAKE 173
PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 26 April 2024 – A total of 135 male recruits of the Intake 173 have concluded their basic military training with a Passing Out Parade Ceremony held at the Parade Square of Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (TI RBAF), Penanjong Garrison in which, 13 out of the 135 were Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) male recruits.
CLOSING CEREMONY AB INITIO CREWMAN ELEMENTARY COURSE SERIAL 36/2024
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 26 April 2024 – Seven Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel completed the Ab Initio Crewman Elementary Course Serial 36/2024 and were awarded with course certificates in a ceremony held at 73 Squadron Hangar B, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB). The course ran from 02 January until 26 April 2024.
RBAirF HEADQUARTERS CELEBRATES HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 25 April 2024 - The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Headquarters hosted a joyous celebration in the spirit of Aidilfitri with its much-anticipated Open Office event. Present as the Guest of Honour was Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, the RBAirF Commander. Among other distinguished guests were members of the RBAirF Board of Executive, Senior Officers, Officers, and Personnel of the RBAirF Headquarters.
