15 SQUADRON NO. 1 WING, AIRCREW WELCOMED BY 8 SQUADRON, SUBANG AIR BASE, ROYAL MALAYSIAN AIR FORCE, SELANGOR, MALAYSIA.
MALAYSIA, Tuesday, 23 January 2024 – A welcoming event for the C295MW crew was held by 8 Squadron at Subang Air Base, Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF). Four Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel from 15 Squadron, No. 1 Wing, RBAirF, landed in Subang, Malaysia, as one of their stop over for ferry flight from Seville, Spain, alongside six aircrew from Airbus Defence and Space.
RBAirF RECEIVED WORKING VISIT FROM THE JAPAN MINISTRY OF DEFENCE
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 22 January 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) received a visit from the Japan Ministry of Defence at RBAirF’s Headquarters, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB). The delegation of the Japan Ministry of Defence was headed by Major Kawanishi Hidenao.

Rimba Air Force Base, Friday, 19 January 2024 - The Handover Takeover Ceremony of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) Mess Committee was held at the Dewan Punai, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB).
RBAirF SENIOR OFFICERS ATTEND ‘FIRESIDE CHAT’ SESSION WITH RBAirF COMMANDER
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Saturday 20th January 2024 – 23 Senior officers of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) attended a ‘Fireside chat’ session with Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohd Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, the Commander of RBAirF. The session was held at Alap-Alap Room, RBAirF Headquarters. This session was facilitated by Lieutenant Colonel (U) Mohd Hairy Erwandy Bin Hj Raya, Acting Commander Operations Group. It aims at fostering an open communication with higher management to discuss a wide range of topics within the senior officers’ cohort.
THE ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE HOLDS THE SUNAT HAJAT PRAYER TO SEEK PROTECTION FOR C295MW FLIGHT CREW
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Wednesday, 17 January 2024 - The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) performed the Sunat Hajat prayer at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB) to seek the protection from Allah the Almighty for the safety of the ferry flight crew of the C295MW in their journey from Seville, Spain to Brunei Darussalam from 18 – 24 January 2024.

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 18 January 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Commander, Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Hj Ibrahim received a Farewell Call from the outgoing Defence Attaché (DA) of Republic of The Philippines to Brunei Darussalam, Colonel Angelo Gerard P Ariles, PN(M), (GSC).
