DOA KESYUKURAN CEREMONY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 11TH ANNIVERSARY OF SUPPORT GROUP, ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 13 October 2025 – The Support Group, Royal Brunei Air Force celebrates its 11th anniversary with a Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base aimed to express gratitude to the group’s achievement and blessings over the past decade.
TWO RBAIRF OFFICERS COMPLETE THE 1ST ICAO 057 SEARCH AND RESCUE MISSION COORDINATOR COURSE
Clearwisdom Aviation Academy, Malaysia, Saturday, 11 October 2025 – Two officers Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) officers, Major (U) Muhammad Ali Saddiqin bin Haji Murni and Lieutenant (U) Muhammad Afiq bin Haji Abdul Rahman, successfully completed the 1st International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) 057 Search and Rescue Mission Coordinator (SARMC) Course held at Clearwisdom Aviation Academy, Malaysia, from 01 September to 11 October 2025.
CHANGE OF COMMAND CEREMONY FOR COMMANDER OPERATIONS GROUP, ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 10 October 2025 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a Change of Command Ceremony for the Commander Operations Group (COG) at the RBAirF Headquarters Parade Ground, marking a significant leadership transition within the organisation. The ceremony witnessed the official handover of duties from Lieutenant Colonel (U) Mohd Hairy Erwandy bin Haji Raya to Lieutenant Colonel (U) Pengiran Mohammad Zulhusmi bin Pengiran Mohd Roslan, effective 10 October 2025.
CLOSING CEREMONY FOR THE BLACKHAWK S70I AIRFRAME & POWERPLANT INTRODUCTORY COURSE NO. 9 AND BLACKHAWK S70I AVIONI INTRODUCTORY COURSE NO. 7
Rimba Air Force Base, Friday, 10 October 2025 – The Closing Ceremony for the Blackhawk S70i Airframe & Powerplant Introductory Course No. 9 and Blackhawk S70i Avionic Introductory Course No. 7 was successfully held at 51 Squadron, No. 5 Wing, Support Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), Rimba Air Base.
ISLAMIC CONVERSION CEREMONY OF ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE PERSONNEL
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 10 October 2025 – Private (U) Christopher Adewin bin Yahya of 31 Squadron, No. 3 Wing Operational Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) embraced Islam in a heartfelt ceremony held at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base. The event also honoured three other personnel from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) who have recently embraced the Islamic faith.
CLOSING CEREMONY AND CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION FOR THE INTERMEDIATE CLERK COURSE SERIES 02/2025
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 09 October 2025 – The closing ceremony for the Intermediate Clerk Course Series 01/2025 was held at Dewan Punai, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB). The event was graced by Major (U) Mohd Qamarularifin bin Haji Ramli, Squadron Commander of 82 Squadron, No. 8 Wing, Training Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), who served as the Guest of Honour. Also present were officers, instructors from 82 Squadron, and invited guests.
