RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE (RIMBA AFB), Wednesday, 18 May 2022 – The Honourable Delfin Negrillo Lorenzana, Secretary of National Defense of the Republic of Philippines had an aerial view part of Negara Brunei Darussalam using Blackhawk S70i. Along the journey, he had the opportunity to view Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Bay and Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Bridge before he arrived at Bangar Camp, Temburong for luncheon hosted by Major General Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF).
SURAH YAASIN AND TAHLIL RECITATION EVENT IN CONJUCTION WITH THE ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES 61st ANNIVERSARY
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Tuesday, 17 May 2022 - In conjunction with the 61st Anniversary Celebration of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a Surah Yassin & Tahlil recitation event for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman at the Royal Mausoleum.

SINGAPORE, Monday, 10 May 2022 – Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, the Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), conducted his three-day introductory visit to the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) from 10 May 2022 to 13 May 2022.

SINGAPORE (MINDEF SINGAPORE), Wednesday, 11 May 2022 17:30 (GMT+8) - The Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Brigadier General (BG) (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim was conferred Singapore’s prestigious military award, the Pingat Jasa Gemilang (Tentera) or Meritorious Service Medal (Military) [MSM(M)], by President Halimah Yacob. Minister for Defence Dr Ng Eng Hen presented the award to BG (U) Dato Sharif Ibrahim at an investiture held at the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) earlier today.

OPENING CEREMONY OF TADARUS AL-QUR’AN IN CONJUNCTION WITH RBAF 61ST ANNIVERSARY

– In conjunction with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) 61st
Anniversary, a Tadarus Al-Qur’an opening ceremony was held at Surau
Al-Barakah, Rimba AFB today. The same event was also held simultaneously
in all surau’s across other RBAF’s camps.
