28 RBAirF PERSONNEL COMPLETED LANCE CORPORAL LEADERSHIP COURSE SERIAL 02/2021
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday 07 December 2021 - A total of 28 participants successfully completed the Lance Corporal Leadership Course Serial 02/2021 which lasted for 2 weeks from 22 November to 03 December 2021 today. The closing ceremony was held virtually and present as The Guest of Honor was Captain (U) Pengiran Abdul Azim Bin Pengiran Idris, representative for RBAirF Leadership & Management Course Coordinator. Also present were the Assistant Course Coordinator and Instructors.
RBAirF CONDUCTED CLEANING CAMPAIGN IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RBAF DIAMOND JUBILEE ANNIVERSARY
BRUNEI MUARA, Monday, 06 December 2021 – RBAirF held a cleaning campaign at Pusat KACA Pengiran Isteri Hajah Mariam Persatuan Kanak-Kanak Cacat (KACA), Kampung Kiulap in conjunction with the Diamond Jubilee Anniversary of RBAF which led by Lieutenant (U) Muhammad Asnawi bin Haji Ismail from No.2 Wing, RBAirF along with other 10 RBAirF personnel today.
RBAirF SUPPORTS PHILIPPINE AIR FORCE (PAF) BLACKHAWK S70I PILOTS’ RECURRENCY TRAINING AT CAE BRUNEI MULTI-PURPOSE TRAINING CENTRE (MPTC)

– Philippine Air Force (PAF) Blackhawk S70i Pilots took their
recurrency simulator training at CAE Brunei Multi-Purpose Training
Centre (MPTC), Bandar Seri Begawan, with the support of RBAirF Qualified
Helicopter Instructors (QHI). This training marks the first time RBAirF
provides house expertise to train Pilots from outside of Royal Brunei
Armed Forces (RBAF) on the simulator at CAE Brunei MPTC. In addition,
this marks a direct result of the inaugural Air Working Group (AWG)
between RBAirF and PAF. The objectives of the AWG are to discuss Visits,
Courses, Training and Exercises to strengthen the ties between the two
Air Forces.
RBAirF OFFICERS RECEIVE OBOE ENDEAVOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AWARD

In recognition for their outstanding results and performance in the
recent Command and Staff Course 11, two RBAirF officers were among the
six recipients of the OBOE Endeavor Academic Excellence Award, a
collaboration between the RBAF and the Australian Government.
RBAirF RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 BATTLE – AIRMEN SUPPORTING ROLES AT COMMUNITY ISOLATION CENTRE (CIC)

– In support of the Ministry of Health’s efforts to combat the COVID-19
pandemic, RBAirF has deployed hundreds of personnel in varying roles.
This week’s article features Sld (U) Syed Arif bin Malai Hasim and Sld
(U), Abd Matin bin Haji Ahmad from A2 office RBAirF HQ assigned under
the Equipment and Dispatch Team to support the CIC at PKBN, Temburong
District. Their primary tasks are to arrange and coordinate patients’
equipment and personal belongings.
HANDOVER CEREMONY FOR RBAirF COMMANDER SUPPORT GROUP
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 26 November 2021 –
The Support Group Headquarters, RBAirF held a Handover Ceremony between
Colonel (U) Harmadi bin Haji Mamit, the outgoing Commander Support
Group, with Lieutenant Colonel (U) Pengiran Hasrul Ariffin bin Pengiran
Haji Rosley, the incoming Commander Support Group at Dewan Punai, Rimba
Air Force Base today. Also in attendance were senior officers, officers,
Regimental Sergeant Major and RBAirF personnel.
