RBAIRF CONCLUDED FOB DEPLOYMENT EXERCISE 2021
Rimba Air Base, Thursday, 14 January 2021 –
Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Forward Operating Base (FOB) Exercise
2021 was held and deployed on Sunday, 10 January 2021 which consists 4 x
S70i Helicopters, 1 x BO105 Helicopter and a total of 150
personnel from various RBAirF units including the Air Operation Centre
(AOC), 11 Squadron, 12 Squadron, 236 Squadron, Supply Squadron, 51
Squadron, 52 Squadron, First Line Mechanics (FLM), Survival Equipment
Section (SES), Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Military Transport
(MT).
GOLF INTERACTION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ‘APPRECIATION FOR THE MEN IN UNIFORM’

The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a Golf Interaction in
conjunction with the ‘Appreciation For The Men In Uniform’ for First
Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Othman bin Haji Suhaili @ Suhaily, the
former Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) to honour his end of
service at the Royal Brunei Airlines Golf Club.
NO. 1 WING, OPERATIONS GROUP, RBAIRF HANDED OUT DONATIONS TO ORPHANS
Kampong Meragang, Friday, 08 January 2021 –
The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) handed out donations from the Royal
Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Welfare Fund to five orphans from the late
families of personnel who had served in 11 Squadron, No. 1 Wing,
Operations Group, RBAirF.
DRONE AND DRONE JAMMER HANDOVER CEREMONY TO NO. 2 WING, OPERATION GROUP RBAIRF
Berakas Garrison, Wednesday, 6 January 2021
– Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) has officially handed over its Drone
and Drone Jammer assets to Squadron 233 (Air Defence), No. 2 Wing,
Operation Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF). This will add value in
terms of knowledge and skillset specifically to Air Defence personnel
as well as expanding the scope of roles of the Air Defence unit.
NO. 3 WING, OPERATIONS GROUP, RBAIRF HANDED OUT DONATIONS TO ORPHANS

The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) handed out donations from the Royal
Brunei Armed Forces Welfare Fund to four orphans from the family of
departed personnel of RBAirF who had served at Parachute Air Tactical
Delivery Unit (PATDU), No. 3 Wing, Operations Group RBAirF at Kampong
Lumapas.
NO. 2 WING, OPERATIONS GROUP, RBAIRF CELEBRATED ITS 22nd ANNIVERSARY
Rimba Air Base, Tuesday, 29 December 2020 - No 2. Wing, Operations Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) celebrated its 22nd Anniversary this year since the establishment of the Air Regiment on 4th January 1999 at the Dewan Punai, RBAirF.
