SENIOR WARRANT OFFICER EXCHANGE PROGRAMME 2018 BETWEEN ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE AND REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE AIR FORCE
SINGAPORE, 02 September 2018– The 10th Senior Warrant Officer Exchange Programme (SWEP) between The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) and The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) was held from 29 August to 02 September 2018. The SWEP program aims to enhance cooperation and socio-cultural interactions amongst the senior Warrant officers.
COMMANDER OF ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE ATTENDED THE 15TH ASEAN AIR CHIEF CONFERENCE
FULLERTON HOTEL, SINGAPORE, 01 September 2018 – Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Hj Hamzah bin Hj Sahat, Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) attended the 15th ASEAN Air Chief Conference (AACC) hosted by The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) at the Fullerton Hotel, Marina Bay, Singapore with the theme “Strengthening Friendships and Enhancing Regional Security”.
5th ASEAN AIR FORCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING WORKING GROUP MEETING IN REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE
FULLERTON HOTEL, SINGAPORE, 31 August 2018 – The 5th ASEAN Air Force Education and Training – Working Group (AAFET – WG) Meeting was held from 30 August until 01 September 2018 at Fullerton Hotel, Singapore with the theme “Strengthening Friendships and Enhancing Regional Security”.
CHIEF OF STAFF OF TNI-AU RECEIVES THE RBAIRF HONORARY PILOT WING
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 30 August 2018 – With the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, the Minister of Defence and the Supreme Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Air Chief Marshal TNI Yuyu Sutisna, Chief of Staff of Tentara Nasional Indonesia – Angkatan Udara (TNI-AU), was conferred the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Honorary Pilot Wing in recognition for his service in advancing the ties between the RBAirF and the TNI-AU.
RBAirF HELD KORBAN CEREMONY FOR 1439 HIJRAH
DEWAN PUNAI, RIMBA AIRBASE, Thursday 23 August 2018 – In conjunction with Hari Raya Aidil Adha 1439 Hijrah celebration, the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) this afternoon held Korban and Aqiqah ceremony. RBAirF distributed sacrificed meat comprising of 2 buffaloes and 3 goats to the korban participants, comprising from RBAirF personnel including civilian staffs and asnaf group living in the vicinity of the Rimba area.
COMMANDER OF ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE CHANGE OF COMMAND CEREMONY
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 17 August 2018 – With the consent of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Negara Brunei Darussalam, Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Hamzah bin Haji Sahat has been appointed as the new Commander of Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) taking over from Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Shahril Anwar bin Haji Ma’awiah.
