REPUBLIC OF KOREA AIR FORCE BLACK EAGLES AEROBATIC TEAM INTERACTION WITH ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE PERSONNEL
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Wed, 24 Feb 2016 – The Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) aerobatic team, the Black Eagles, made a planned refueling stop at Rimba Air Force Base. Personnel from the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) took the opportunity to hold an informal meet and greet at the Air Movement Centre (AMC).
EX PERISAI PERTAHANAN
Rimba Base, 1st to 4th Feb 2016 – Base Defense Squadron (BDS) of Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) has successfully finished their exercise with the 9 Air Force Officer Cadets of Intake 14 from Officer Cadet School (OCS). ‘Ex Perisai Pertahanan’ that was held on 1st – 4th February at Rimba Base was organized by the squadron with the support of the squadron second in command and training officer; Capt (U) Ak Md Shahri bin Pg Hj Shamsudin and Lt (U) Pg Hafiz Bin Pg Sazali. The aim of the exercise was to expose the Officer Cadets to the basic roles and responsibilities of the BDS.
PERBARISAN SARJAN MEJAR NO.2 WING TENTERA UDARA DIRAJA BRUNEI
Berakas Garison, Jumaat, 22 Jan 2016 – Perbarisan Sarjan Mejar telah selesai dilaksanakan pada hari ini bertempat di Berakas Garison yang disertai seramai 135 anggota dari No. 2 WING. Perbarisan Sarjan Mejar No. 2 WING telah berlangsung di Padang Kawad, Hanger 38 Skuadron No. 2 WING, TUDB. Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat majlis ialah Yang Mulia 12975 PW1 (U) Haji Warzaini bin Haji Masni, Sarjan Mejar No. 2 WING bagi Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei. Perbarisan dimulakan dengan pemeriksaan barisan yang terdiri daripada anggota No. 2 WING, TUDB yang telah diketuai oleh 11029 SSjn (U) Mohd Hafizuddin bin Abdullah Suing kemudian diikuti dengan perbarisan berjalan lalu.
FIVE AIR FORCE STUDENT PILOTS RECEIVED THEIR WINGS
RIMBA, Fri, 08 January 2016 – In presence of a modest gathering at the Headquarters of the Royal Brunei Air Force, five Air force officers who have just completed their flying training were presented with their pilot wings. The recipients were presented their pilot wings by the Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force, Colonel (U) Shahril Anwar bin Haji Ma’awiah with the presence of the recipients’ parents and relatives in a Wing Presentation Ceremony led by the Squadron Commander of the Flying Training School, No. 7 Wing, Major (U) Pg Mohd Zulhusmi bin Pg Md Roslan.
PROGRAM “JOM KURUS, LULUS DAN SIHAT”
Pusat Promosi Kesihatan, Kementerian Kesihatan, Khamis, 24 Disember 2015 – Cawangan No 2 telah mengadakan lawatan sambil belajar ke Pusat Promosi Kesihatan, Kementerian Kesihatan yang merupakan sebahagian daripada program “Jom Kurus, Lulus dan Sihat” sebagai langkah inisiatif bagi latihan pemulihan (Remedial Training). Program tersebut diadakan untuk persediaan bagi Ujian Kecergasan Asas Jasmani Tentera (BFT) yang telah bermula dari 23 November 2015 hingga 5 Februari 2016. Program tersebut telah terlaksana dengan jayanya apabila Cawangan No 2 Rejimen Udara mendapat tempat ketiga bagi peningkatan dalam kelulusan Ujian Kecergasan Jasmani Tentera (BFT).
ANAK PANAH MUDA EXERCISE
Berakas Garrison, Thurs, 18 December 2015 – AnakPanah Muda Exercise was successfully conducted from 14th until 15th December 2015. This field exercise was prepared for the Officer CadetsRBAirF in handling Air Defence’s weapon system. This exercise was participated by Officers Cadets RBAirF from Officer Cadets School, supported by No 2 Wing Air Regiment RBAirF. The exercise was held and organized by 77 Squadron, No 7 Wing Air Academy RBAirF.
