BANDUNG, SULAIMAN AIR FORCE BASE – 6 November 2024 - Lance Corporal (U) Arif Ama Loli bin Aminuddin from 31 Squadron, No. 3 Wing successfully completed the 36th Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) Course 2024 at 800th Training Wing, Air Force Quick Reaction Force Command (KOPASGAT) of the Indonesian Air Force (IDAF) that took place from 09 August to 06 November 2024.

CLOSING CEREMONY OF AIRCRAFT RECOGNITION INSTRUCTOR AND DRIVING COURSE CLASS 5 SESSION 2024/2025

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Wednesday, 06 November 2024 - The closing ceremony for the Aircraft Recognition Instructor Course Session 2024/2025 and the Class 5 Driving Course Session 2024/2025 took place at 77 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF). Organised by 77 Squadron, the courses spanned five weeks, from 7 October to 8 November 2024. Participants included personnel from 236 Squadron, 238 Squadron, and 255 Squadron of No. 2 Wing, 32 Squadron of No. 3 Wing, various squadrons from No. 7 Wing RBAirF, as well as F/Sgt Mohd Fauzey bin Atan from the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF).

RBAirF RETURNS FROM OPS BADAI TADUH

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Tuesday, 05 November 2024 - The Royal Brunei Air Force Blackhawk S70i helicopters and C295MW transport aircraft with the contingent returned after completing “Ops Badai Taduh,” in delivering vital aid to disaster-hit areas in the Philippines. Over the course of the mission, the contingent transported more than 800 boxes of food supplies to remote regions around Sumaoy Island, along with tarpaulin sheets and other materials to aid the rebuilding efforts. Supported by local authorities, the RBAirF effectively conducted airlift tasks to address the ongoing crisis.

RBAF HADR TEAM ARRIVES IN LEGAZPI FOR TROPICAL STORM KRISTINE RELIEF EFFORTS

LEGAZPI, PHILIPPINES, Friday, 01 November 2024 – The deployment of the second Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Humanitarian and Disaster Relief (HADR) team of 20 crew members and two Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Blackhawk S70i helicopters, has safely arrived yesterday at Tactical Operations Group 5 (TOG 5), old Legazpi Airport. Greeted by Colonel Romulo Y Dilag, Group Commander of TOG 5, PAF (MNSA), the team immediately received a comprehensive briefing on the current situation and mission objectives to prepare them to initiate operations promptly.
