PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR 02 RBAirF OFFICERS
BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 01 November 2024 – With the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, two Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) officers have been promoted at Berakas Garrison Officers’ Mess.
RBAirF PERSONNEL JOIN UN PEACEKEEPING MISSION IN LEBANON
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 01 November 2024 – The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) held a flag handover ceremony for the MALBATT 850-12 contingent joining the United Nations peacekeeping mission in Lebanon at the Air Movement Centre, Rimba Air Force Base. Among the contingent are four Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel, demonstrating RBAirF’s active role in supporting global peace efforts.
RBAF AFSM FAREWELL VISIT TO RBAirF
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 01 November 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a farewell ceremony to mark the retirement of Warrant Officer 1 (WO1) Rosleen Bin Hj Tujoh, the Force Sergeant Major of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (ABDB) at Dewan Punai, Rimba Air Force Base.
NUSA LAILA PUTERI SCHOOL, TANJUNG BUNUT BRANCH VISITS TO RBAirF
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 31 October 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) recently received 80 students and 11 teachers from Nusa Laila Puteri School, Tanjung Bunut Branch for a visit to Rimba Air Force Base. The visit provided an opportunity for visitors to be introduced to and learn about the operations and capabilities of RBAirF.
CLOSING CEREMONY FOR TABLE TOP EXERCISE (TTX) ALAP-ALAP X/2024
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 31 October 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) concluded the four-day Table Top Exercise (TTX) Alap-Alap X/2024 which took place from Monday, 28 October 2024 until Thursday, 31 October 2024. The closing ceremony was held at the Punai Hall, RBAirF Base and attended by Senior Officers, Officers and RBAirF personnel.
CLOSING CEREMONY FOR BASIC AIRBORNE COURSE SERIES 2/2024 AND BASIC MILITARY FREEFALL 2024 SESSION
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 31 October 2024 – Lieutenant Colonel (U) Mohd Hairy Erwandy bin Haji Raya, Commander of Operations Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), officiated the closing ceremony and presented certificates along with vocational badges to the participants of the Basic Airborne Course Series 2/2024 and the Basic Military Freefall Course 2024 at the RBAirF Dropzone, Rimba Air Force Base.
