CLOSING CEREMONY FOR TABLE TOP EXERCISE (TTX) ALAP-ALAP X/2024
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 31 October 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) concluded the four-day Table Top Exercise (TTX) Alap-Alap X/2024 which took place from Monday, 28 October 2024 until Thursday, 31 October 2024. The closing ceremony was held at the Punai Hall, RBAirF Base and attended by Senior Officers, Officers and RBAirF personnel.
CLOSING CEREMONY FOR BASIC AIRBORNE COURSE SERIES 2/2024 AND BASIC MILITARY FREEFALL 2024 SESSION
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 31 October 2024 – Lieutenant Colonel (U) Mohd Hairy Erwandy bin Haji Raya, Commander of Operations Group, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), officiated the closing ceremony and presented certificates along with vocational badges to the participants of the Basic Airborne Course Series 2/2024 and the Basic Military Freefall Course 2024 at the RBAirF Dropzone, Rimba Air Force Base.
EDUCATIONAL VISIT SEKOLAH RENDAH HAJI MOHD JAAFAR MAUN KIULAP, CLUSTER 2
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Wednesday, 30 October 2024 - The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) recently welcomed 32 visitors from Sekolah Rendah Haji Mohd Jaafar Maun Kiulap, Cluster 2 to Rimba Air Force Base. The group, consisting of students and teachers, were given an immersive experience designed to foster greater understanding of the RBAirF’s operations and capabilities.
ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE DEPLOYS SECOND CONTINGENT TO THE PHILIPPINES FOR HUMANITARIAN AID
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Wednesday, 30 October 2024 – Two Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Blackhawk S70i helicopters deployed with the second Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) delegation to the Republic of Philippines to further support ongoing humanitarian relief efforts for the devastation from the Tropical Typhoon Kristine (TRAMI). The delegation of 18 RBAirF personnel and two medical personnel from the Medical Reception Station (MRS), led by Major (U) Abdul Haqim bin Haji Yahya, took off from the Air Movement Centre, Rimba Air Force Base.
COMMANDER RBAirF INTRODUCTORY VISIT TO INDONESIAN AIR FORCE
INDONESIA, Wednesday, 30 October 2024 – Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), was presented with the Indonesian Air Force (IDAF) Honorary Pilot Wing, recognizing his significant contributions to enhancing defence collaboration between the IDAF and the RBAirF.

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, TUESDAY, 29 OCTOBER 2024 - The Acting Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), Colonel (U) Haji Haszahaidi bin Haji Ahmad Daud received a courtesy call from Commodore Javed Iqbal Khan Niazi, Defence Adviser of the High Commission of Pakistan, who is accredited as the non-resident Defence Adviser to Brunei Darussalam.
