FAREWELL DINNER FOR REGIMENTAL SERGEANT MAJOR, SUPPORT GROUP, RBAirF
GADONG, Wednesday, 18 September 2024 – The Support Group Headquarters, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a Farewell Dinner to honour the former Regimental Sergeant Major of the Support Group RBAirF, Warrant Officer 1 (U) Abd Halim Shah Bin Abd Kadir at a local restaurant in the capital.
RBAirF COMMANDER ATTENDS 21ST ASEAN AIR CHIEFS CONFERENCE
KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA, Tuesday, 17 September 2024 – Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) attended the 21st ASEAN Air Chiefs Conference (AACC) hosted by General Soeung Samnang, the Commander of the Cambodian Air Force, in the home of Angkor, city of Siem Reap from the 15 to 18 September 2024.
RBAirF PARTICIPATES IN NATIONAL MAULIDUR RASUL MASS GATHERING AND PROCESSION 1446H
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Monday, 16 September 2024 – A total of 115 Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel joined His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam for the mass gathering and procession in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul Celebration at the Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien, Bandar Seri Begawan.
RBAirF PARTICIPATES IN 11th ASEAN AIR FORCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING WORKING GROUP (AAAFET-WG) 2024
CAMBODIA, Monday, 16 September 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) participated in the 11th ASEAN Air Force Education and Training Working Group (AAFET-WG) meeting, held from 13 September 2024 to 15 September 2024, in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Cambodian Air Force hosted this year’s meeting, which was officiated by Major General Som Yom, Chairman of the 11th AAFET-WG.
EXERCISE AIRGUARD 28/2024
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Sunday, 15 September 2024 – The 28th iteration of Exercise AIRGUARD between No. 2 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) and the 18 Divisional Air Defence Artillery Battalion, Republic of Singapore Air Force (18 DA Bn RSAF) successfully concluded on 12 September 2024 at Bukit Agok Firing Range. This year’s exercise involved 72 personnel—37 from the RBAirF and 35 from the RSAF—demonstrating the ongoing cooperation between the two air forces.
RBAirF CONCLUDES DIKIR MAULUD 1446H/2024M
RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Sunday, 15 September 2024 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) concluded the Dikir Maulidur Rasul 1446H, that has been held continuously for 12 nights, to commemorate the birth of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base.
