RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Tuesday, 16 June 2026 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held a religious ceremony to mark the Islamic New Year 1448 Hijrah at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base. The event featured the recitation of Doa Akhir Tahun and Doa Awal Tahun Hijrah, alongside congregational prayers.
Present at the ceremony was Colonel (U) Pengiran Hasrul bin Pengiran Haji Rosley, Deputy Commander of the RBAirF. Also in attendance were Senior Officers, Officers, Airmen, and members of the public.
The proceedings commenced with the recitation of Doa Akhir Tahun 1447 Hijrah, followed by the congregational Fardhu Maghrib prayer. Yang Mulia Imam Md Fathurrahman bin Haji Matali, Imam of Surau Al-Barakah, then led the recitation of wirid and Doa Awal Tahun 1448 Hijrah. The event concluded with the recitation of Surah Yasin to seek blessings, protection, and divine guidance for the year ahead.
May the arrival of the New Year 1448H bring mercy and blessings from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, guiding the RBAirF towards continuous growth, peace, and purpose.
TUDB MENYAMBUT TAHUN BAHARU HIJRAH 1448H DENGAN MAJLIS DOA AKHIR DAN AWAL TAHUN HIJRAH
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Selasa, 16 Jun 2026 – Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) telah mengadakan majlis Sambutan Awal Tahun Hijrah 1448 di Surau Al-Barakah, Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba. Majlis berkenaan diisikan dengan bacaan Doa Akhir Tahun dan Doa Awal Tahun Hijrah, serta sembahyang fardhu berjemaah.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat bagi majlis tersebut ialah Kolonel (U) Pengiran Hasrul bin Pengiran Haji Rosley, Timbalan Pemerintah TUDB. Turut hadir ialah Pegawai-Pegawai Kanan, Pegawai-Pegawai, anggota TUDB, serta orang ramai.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Doa Akhir Tahun 1447 Hijrah, diikuti dengan sembahyang Fardhu Maghrib berjemaah. Bacaan wirid dan Doa Awal Tahun 1448 Hijrah kemudiannya dipimpin oleh Yang Mulia Imam Md Fathurrahman bin Haji Matali, Imam Surau Al-Barakah. Majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Surah Yasin bagi memohon keberkatan, perlindungan, dan petunjuk daripada Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala untuk tahun yang mendatang.
Semoga kedatangan Tahun Baru 1448H ini membawa rahmat serta hidayah daripada Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, sekali gus membimbing TUDB ke arah kemajuan yang berterusan, keamanan, dan ketaatan yang diredhai.
