THAILAND, Friday, 14 June 2024 –
Five Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel led by Major (U) Azhar @ Reamy bin Hj Jumat, RBAirF Flight Safety Officer participated in Exercise Flying Keris alongside The Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) from 10 June 2024 to 14 June 2024 at Lopburi Airbase in the Kingdom of Thailand.
With this year’s concept of Water Search and Rescue (Water SAR), Exercise Flying Keris, jointly conducted by the RBAirF and RTAF is designed to enhance cooperation and operational capabilities between the two air forces through training on advanced coordination techniques between air and ground units. The training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities provided participants with valuable insights and skills that are crucial for effective joint operations. This exercise laid a strong foundation for the collaboration between RBAirF and RTAF in joint activities committed to regional stability and security.
The success of Exercise Flying Keris was made possible by the dedication and professionalism of all participants, as well as the invaluable contributions of supporting units, instructors, and staff. Both air forces expressed their gratitude to everyone involved in the planning and execution of the exercise.

Flying Keris bersama Tentera Udara Diraja Thailand (TUDT) dari 10 hingga 14 Jun 2024 di Pangkalan Udara Lopburi, Thailand.
Bertemakan konsep Water Search and Rescue (Water SAR) tahun ini, Eksesais
Flying Keris yang dikendalikan bersama oleh TUDB dan TUDT, memberi tumpuan kepada peningkatan kepakaran operasi bersama melalui latihan teknik koordinasi lanjutan antara unit udara dan darat. Sesi latihan dan aktiviti perkongsian pengetahuan menyediakan para peserta memperolehi pandangan dan kemahiran berharga yang penting untuk operasi bersama yang berkesan. Eksesais
Flying Keris meletakkan asas kukuh dalam kerjasama antara TUDB dan TUDT yang komited kepada kestabilan dan keselamatan serantau.
