RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 6 August 2026 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) conducted the Handover Ceremony for the newly enlisted privates from Intake-179 following the successful completion of the Royal Brunei Air Force Induction Programme. The Handover Ceremony was held at the Alap- Alap Room, RBAirF Headquarters.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Warrant Officer 1 (U) Pengiran Haji Redzaini bin Pengiran Haji Ahmad, Sergeant Major of the RBAirF. The event marked the official transition of the newly enlisted privates into their respective units within RBAirF following the completion of their basic military training and subsequent induction programme.
In his address, the Guest of Honour congratulated the newly enlisted personnel for successfully completing the programme and commended them for the commitment, discipline and determination they demonstrated throughout their recruit training. He reminded that completing the induction programme marks the beginning of their professional journey and encouraged them to continuously uphold the core values of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The ceremony concluded with the recitation of Doa Selamat, followed by a group photograph.
The Royal Brunei Air Force Induction Programme is designed to familiarise newly enlisted personnel with the organisation, roles, operational capabilities, values and expectations of the RBAirF, ensuring they are well prepared to begin their careers as members of the service.
MAJLIS PENYERAHAN ANGGOTA SOLDADU PENGAMBILAN 179 SEMPENA PENAMATAN PROGRAM INDUKSI TENTERA UDARA DIRAJA BRUNEI
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Khamis, 6 Ogos 2026 – Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Penyerahan Anggota Soldadu Pengambilan 179 selepas menamatkan Program Induksi Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei . Majlis tersebut telah berlangsung di Bilik Alap-Alap, Markas TUDB. Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Pegawai Waran 1 (U) Pengiran Haji Redzaini bin Pengiran Haji Ahmad, Sarjan Mejar Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (SMTU).
Majlis ini menandakan peralihan rasmi anggota Soldadu baharu ke unit masing-masing di dalam TUDB selepas menamatkan latihan asas ketenteraan dan seterusnya Program Induksi TUDB.
Dalam ucapannya, Tetamu Kehormat mengucapkan tahniah kepada anggota Soldadu Pengambilan 179 atas kejayaan menamatkan Program Induksi TUDB serta merakamkan penghargaan terhadap komitmen, disiplin dan kecekalan yang telah ditunjukkan sepanjang tempoh latihan rekrut. Beliau turut menegaskan bahawa kejayaan menamatkan Program Induksi TUDB merupakan langkah permulaan dalam perjalanan mereka sebagai anggota yang profesional dan berwibawa. Beliau seterusnya menyeru agar para anggota terus menghayati serta mengamalkan nilai-nilai teras Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) dalam melaksanakan setiap tugas dan tanggungjawab yang diamanahkan. Majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Selamat, diikuti dengan sesi bergambar ramai.
Program Induksi Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei bertujuan mendedahkan anggota Soldadu baharu kepada organisasi, peranan, keupayaan operasi serta nilai-nilai, sebagai persediaan untuk memulakan kerjaya mereka sebagai anggota tentera udara yang profesional.
