RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Sunday 19 November 2017 – Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) held the opening ceremony of Dikir Maulud celebration for 1439 Hijrah at Surau Al- Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base.Present at the ceremony as the Guest of Honour was Commander Operations Group, Lt Col (U) Abd Rahman bin Hj Durahman. Also attending the ceremony were the RBAirF personnel as well as residents of Kampong Rimba.
The ceremony began with the recital of the Holy Quran Surah Al-Ahzab verse 21-25 by 865 Maj (U) Mohd Sofy bin Mohd Eusoff, followed by Maghrib prayer, mass recitation of Dikir Marhaban and concluded with Isyak prayer.
The Dikir Maulud will be held continuously for 13 nights at mosques and suraus throughout the country including Surau Al- Barakah to commemorate the birth of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
TENTERA UDARA DIRAJA BRUNEI MENGADAKAN MAJLIS PERASMIAN SAMBUTAN DIKIR MAULUD
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARARIMBA, Ahad 19 November 2017 - Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) telah mengadakan majlis perasmian sambutan Dikir Maulud bagi tahun 1439 Hijrah di Surau Al- Barakah, Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba.
Hadir di majlis tersebut sebagai tetamu kehormat ialah Pemerintah Kumpulan Gerakan, Lt Kol (U) Abd Rahman bin Hj Durahman. Turut hadir di dalam majlis tersebut ialah anggota-anggota TUDB dan penduduk Kampong Rimba.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Al-Quran Surah Al-Ahzab ayat 21-25 oleh Maj (U) Mohd Sofy bin Mohd Eusoff, diikuti dengan solat fardhu Maghrib bejemaah, Dikir Marhaban dan diakhiri dengan solat fardhu Isyak berjemaah.
Dikir Maulud akan diadakan berturut-turut selama 13 malam di masjid dan surau di seluruh negara termasuk Surau Al-Barakah untuk memperingati hari keputeraan Nabi Muhammad (SAW).
