BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Sunday, 19 February 2023 – As part of strengthening bilateral relations and defence diplomacy with the Republic Singapore Air Force (RSAF), two (02) Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) officers from Airspace Control/Early Warning Squadron (ACEWS), No. 3 Wing, Operations Group, RBAirF have been sent to attend Precision Approach Radar/Aerodrome Course in Republic of Singapore for six (06) months. The course will commence on 20 February to 21 August 2023.
Lieutenant (U) Muhd Afiq bin Haji Abdul Rahman and Lieutenant (U) Siti Kamaliah binti Awang Damit have been selected to undergo the course at the Air Force Training Command (AFTC), Paya Lebar, Singapore. Present at the Departure Hall, Brunei International Airport (BIA) was Lieutenant Colonel (U) Haji Mohd Rahimin bin Haji Ismail, Commanding Officer of No.3 Wing, Officers and personnel from ACEWS.
The RBAirF would like to congratulate Lieutenant (U) Muhd Afiq and Lieutenant (U) Kamaliah for being selected to represent the RBAirF in the prestigious course and wishes both of them all the best for the course.
02 PEGAWAI DARIPADA CAWANGAN NO. 3 MENGHADIRI KURSUS PRECISION APPROACH RADAR/AERODROME DI REPBULIK SINGAPURA
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Ahad, 19 Februari 2023 – Sebagai sebahagian daripada pengukuhan hubungan dua hala serta diplomasi pertahanan dengan Tentera Udara Republik Singapura (RSAF), dua (02) pegawai Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) dari Skuadron Kawalan Ruang Udara/Amaran Awal (ACEWS), Cawangan No. 3, Kumpulan Gerakan, TUDB telah dihantar untuk menghadiri Kursus Precision Approach Radar/Aerodrome di Republik Singapura selama enam (06) bulan. Kursus tersebut akan dijalankan bermula dari 20 Februari hingga 21 Ogos 2023.
Leftenan (U) Muhd Afiq bin Hj Abdul Rahman dan Leftenan (U) Siti Kamaliah binti Awang Damit telah dipilih untuk menjalani kursus di Air Force Training Command (AFTC), Tentera Udara Republik Singapura (RSAF). Hadir di Balai Berlepas, Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Brunei (LTAB) ialah Leftenan Kolonel (U) Haji Mohd Rahimin bin Haji Ismail, Pegawai Pemerintah Cawangan No. 3 serta, Pegawai-pegawai dan anggota ACEWS yang lain.
TUDB mengucapkan tahniah kepada Leftenan (U) Muhd Afiq dan Leftenan (U) Kamaliah kerana terpilih mewakili TUDB menghadiri kursus yang berprestij dan mendoakan semoga Pegawai-pegawai tersebut memperolehi pencapaian yang cemerlang.
