Rimba Air Force Base, Monday, 5 July 2021 – RBAirF held a Certificate Presentation Ceremony and Closing Ceremony of Seargent Leadership & Management Course Series 01/2021 and Basic Military Clerk Course Session 2021 at Dewan Punai, Rimba Air Force Base.
Present as the Guest of Honor was Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Commander of RBAirF. Also present as a Special Guest was Colonel (U) Haji Haszahaidi bin Haji Ahmad Daud, Commandant of the Training Institute RBAF.
Sergeant Leadership & Management Course Series 1/2021 was conducted for four weeks from 07 June 2021 to 02 July 2021. Meanwhile, the Basic Military Clerk Course Session 2021 was the first Military Clerk Course to be conducted by the RBAirF for a duration of 6 weeks from 21 May 2021 to 02 July 2021.
The ceremony commenced with a speech from the Guest of Honor and followed by the presentation of certificates to the course participants. The Best Overall Student Certificate of Sergeant Leadership & Management Course Series 1/2021 was awarded to Acting Sergeant (U) Mohd Al-Adibillah bin Ali. The ceremony then concluded with the signing of the Certificate of Recognition for the Basic Military Clerk Course and a group photo session.
The Sergeant Leadership & Management course was conducted to produce efficient, responsive and efficient Senior Ranks by revealing aspects of leadership and management methods as well as understanding in performing duties and responsibilities as quality subordinate leaders by applying the core values of the RBAF.
The
Basic Military Clerk Course Session 2021 aims to educate, train as well as to impart knowledge in office management and administration matters to RBAF and civilian personnel, in line with the vision to produce more efficient personnel in the affairs of office administration in the future.
MAJLIS PENYAMPAIAN SIJIL DAN PENUTUP KURSUS KEPIMPINAN & PENGURUSAN SARJAN SIRI 1/2021 & KURSUS ASAS KERANI SESI 2021, TUDB.
Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba, Isnin, 5 Julai 2021 – TUDB telah mengadakan Majlis Penyampaian Sijil dan Penutup Kursus Kepimpinan & Pengurusan Sarjan Siri 01/2021 dan Kursus Kerani Asas Tentera Sesi 2021 bertempat di Dewan Punai, Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat Majlis ialah Brigedier Jeneral (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Pemerintah TUDB. Turut hadir selaku Jemputan Khas ialah Kolonel (U) Haji Haszahaidi bin Haji Ahmad Daud, Komandan Institut Latihan ABDB.
Kursus Kepimpinan & Pengurusan Sarjan Siri 1/2021 telah dijalankan selama empat minggu bermula dari 07 Jun 2021 hingga 02 Julai 2021. Manakala Kursus Kerani Asas Tentera Sesi 2021 adalah Kursus Pertukangan Perkeranian yang julung kalinya dikendalikan oleh TUDB telah berlangsung selama 6 minggu bermula 21 Mei 2021 hingga 02 Julai 2021.
Majlis dimulakan dengan ucapan dari Tetamu Kehormat dan diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil kepada peserta-peserta kursus. Sijil Penuntut Terbaik Keseluruhan Kursus Kepimpinan & Pengurusan Sarjan Siri 1/2021 telah diberikan kepada Pemangku Sarjan (U) Mohd Al-Adibillah bin Ali. Majlis kemudiannya diakhiri dengan menandatangani Sijil Pengiktirafan Kursus Asas Kerani dan sesi bergambar ramai.
Tujuan kursus Kepimpinan & Pengurusan Sarjan dijalankan adalah untuk melahirkan Pegawai Tidak Betauliah (PTB) Kanan yang cekap, responsif, efisien dengan mendedahkan aspek-aspek kepimpinan serta cara pengurusan disamping memahami dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai pemimpin bawahan yang berkualiti dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai teras ABDB.
Kursus Kerani Asas Tentera Sesi 2021 pula bertujuan untuk mendidik serta melatih menyerapkan pengetahuan dalam hal ehwal pengurusan pentadbiran pejabat kepada anggota ABDB dan kakitangan awam, sejajar dengan dengan visi untuk mengeluarkan sumber-sumber anggota-anggota yang lebih efisien dalam hal ehwal pentadbiran pejabat yang lebih berkesan di masa akan datang.
