RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 25 August 2023 – The closing ceremony and certificate presentation for the Air Movement Flight Ground Handling Basic Course No. 04/2023 took place at the Air Movement Centre (AMC), Rimba Air Force Base. The five weeks course that started from 21 July until 25 August was conducted by 75 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) with a total of three participants from No. 3 Wing, Operations Group, RBAirF.
In attendance as the Guest of Honour was Major (U) Mohammad Nashriq bin Moksin, Squadron Commander of 75 Squadron, No.7 Wing, RBAirF. Also present were Squadron Commander of 35 Squadron, Officer in Charge of Course Design and Development/Continuous Training Advisory Team (CDAD/CTAT), course instructors and guests. The ceremony commenced with the certificate presentation to the course participants and the closing speech from the Guest of Honour. In his speech, he highlighted the importance of a high-level of coordination, communication, and teamwork to ensure all safety measures are undertaken for aircraft arriving in the airbase by the ground handling crew.
The course aims to provide course participants a technical introduction to the knowledge and skill required for Air Familiarization and Safety Equipment appropriate for RBAirF operational requirements. The course is designed to enable course participants to provide Ground Handling Support on aircraft used by RBAirF through safe working practices in training and operational environment.

AIR MOVEMENT FLIGHT GROUND HANDLING NO. 04/2023
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Jumaat, 25 Ogos 2023 – Majlis Penutup bagi Kursus Basic Air Movement Flight Ground Handling No. 04/2023 telah diadakan di Pusat Gerakan Udara, Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba. Kursus selama lima minggu ini bermula pada 21 Julai hingga 21 Ogos 2023 dikendalikan oleh Skuadron 75, Cawangan No. 7, Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) yang dihadiri oleh tiga peserta daripada Cawangan No. 3, Kumpulan Gerakan, TUDB.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Mejar (U) Mohammad Nashriq bin Moksin, Pegawai Memerintah Skuadron 75, Cawangan No. 7, TUDB. Turut serta hadir Pegawai Memerintah Skuadron 35, Pegawai Penguasa Rekaan dan Perkembangan Kursus/Tim Penasihat dan Kesinambungan Latihan, jurulatih-jurulatih kursus dan para jemputan. Majlis dimulakan dengan penyampaian sijil kepada peserta kursus dan ucapan penutup daripada Tetamu Kehormat. Dalam ucapan beliau telah menekankan kepentingan penyelarasan yang tinggi, komunikasi dan kerjasama berpasukan bagi memastikan semua langkah keselamatan diambil bagi pesawat yang tiba di pangkalan udara oleh kru ground handling.
Kursus ini bertujuan untuk memberi peserta kursus pengenalan teknikal kepada pengetahuan dan kemahiran yang diperlukan untuk
Aircraft Familiarization and Safety Equipment sebelum beroperasi dan sejajar dengan keperluan Operasi TUDB. Kursus ini direka untuk membolehkan peserta kursus memberikan bantuan
Ground Handling ke atas pesawat yang digunakan oleh TUDB melalui amalan kerja yang selamat dalam persekitaran latihan dan operasi.
