RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 21 October 2022 – 30 Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel have successfully completed the Lance Corporal Leadership Course Series 02/2022 which was held for 02 weeks from 07 October 2022 to 21 October 2022.
The closing ceremony was held at the Leadership and Management Syndicate Room, No. 7 Wing, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB) today. Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant (U) Fazrina binti Tuah, Acting Training Officer of No. 7 wing, RBAirF. Also present were the course instructors and invited guests. The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Lance Corporal (U) Md Azim bin Abd Jalil, followed by remarks from the student representative, Lance Corporal (U) Abdul Qayum Khan Bin Rauf Khan and Guest of Honour. In her remarks, the Guest of Honour encouraged the course participants to possess a mindset that accepts any challenges and changes in any kind of situation in the pursuit to become more proactive. Whilst also requiring a positive and innovative mindset.
The Lance Corporal Leadership Course aims to provide RBAirF personnel with appropriate leadership skills, exposure towards their leadership roles in RBAirF and Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) as a whole. The course also aims to sharpen the personnel’s potential as an effective leader to become more competent and confident to lead their subordinates as well as perform their duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently. The ceremony concluded with the souvenir presentation for congratulating the course participants of Lance Corporal Leadership of 02/2022 for successfully completing the course.
MAJLIS PENUTUP KURSUS KEPIMPINAN LANS KOPERAL SIRI 02/2022
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Juma’at, 21 Oktober 2022 –Seramai 30 anggota Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) telah menghadiri Kursus Kepimpinan Lans Koperal Siri 02/2022 selama 02 minggu yang bermula pada 07 Oktober 2022 hingga 21 Oktober 2022.
Majlis Penutup Kursus Kepimpinan Lans Koperal Siri 02/2022 telah berlangsung pada hari ini bertempat di Bilik Sindiket Kursus Kepimpinan dan Pengurusan, Cawangan No 7, Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba (PTU Rimba). Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Leftenan (U) Fazrina binti Tuah, Pemangku Pegawai Rancangan dan Latihan, Cawangan No. 7, TUDB. Turut hadir dimajlis tersebut Jurulatih-jurulatih Cawangan Kepimpinan & Pengurusan TUDB, Markas Cawangan No. 7, TUDB. Majlis dimulai dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah yang dikepalai oleh Pemangku Lans Koperal (U) Md Azim bin Abd Jalil dan diikuti dengan Ucapan dari Wakil Peserta Kursus iaitu Pemangku Lans Koperal (U) Abdul Qayum Khan bin Rauf Khan selaku Pengerusi Majlis. Majlis diteruskan lagi dengan ucapan dari Tetamu Kehormat. Di samping itu, beliau turut menyeru agar peserta kursus memiliki sikap kepimpinan yang memiliki keupayaan untuk menerima dan menyahut cabaran kepada perubahan agar dapat meningkatkan lagi tahap diri kepada yang lebih baik, proaktif dan dinamik dengan berfikiran inovatif dan positif.
Tujuan utama Kursus Kepimpinan Lans Koperal ini diadakan adalah untuk dalam memupuk keperibadian akhlak yang diperlukan dalam jati diri sebagai seorang pemimpin di dalam TUDB khasnya dan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) amnya. Selain itu juga kursus ini berfungsi sebagai pengasah potensi setiap individu dengan mempertingkatkan tahap pengetahuan kepimpinan agar lebih kompeten dan berkeyakinan di dalam memimpin anggota bawahan serta berupaya menjalankan tugas serta tanggungjawab dengan lebih berkesan dan efisien. Majlis diakhiri dengan penyampaian Cenderahati untuk menzahirkan penghargaan dan tahniah kepada peserta Kursus Kepimpinan Lans Loperal Siri 02/2022 kerana telah menamatkan kursus dengan jayanya.
