RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 25 August 2022 – Final Planning Conference (FPC) for the 26th AIRGUARD EXERCISE 2022 was held for three (3) days from 23 to 25 August 2022 between Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF).The FPC was Co-Chaired by Major (U) Muhammad Adif bin Haji Zaman, Officer in Command 238 Squadron, No. 2 Wing, RBAirF and Major Chua Jun Hao Alex, Battery Commander 18 DA Bn, RSAF.
The FPC began with a welcoming dinner hosted by Major (U) Amierul Halpi bin Talip, Commanding Officer of No.2 Wing, RBAirF, which aims to introduce all members of the delegate and as a token of appreciation towards their effort in coming for this visit and achieving success of this FPC together.
The objectives of the FPC meeting is to finalize on the coordination of the training objectives and concept, as well as administrative matters for the Field Training Exercise (FTX) Airguard 26/2022 preparations that is scheduled to be held in October of this year, hosted by RBAirF. Both Co-Chairs are certain that this interaction will help both air forces develop mutual trust, confidence, and friendship. Throughout the FPC also comprises of various visits and orientation particularly to Bukit Agok as the main ground training area and Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB) as the main administrative area. The third and final day of the FPC, the RSAF delegates will proceed with an orientation at Aman Camp before departing for their flight back to Republic of Singapore.
Both RBAirF and RSAF have demonstrated exceptional levels of collaboration throughout the visit in creating a thorough and solid plan that is anticipated to significantly contribute to the development of the FTX Airguard 26/2022.
FINAL PLANNING CONFERENCE EKSESAIS AIRGUARD 26/2022
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA, RIMBA, Khamis, 25 Ogos 2022 - Final Planning Conference (FPC) untuk EKS AIRGUARD ke-26 2022 telah diadakan selama tiga (3) hari dari 23 hingga 25 Ogos 2022 diantara Tentera Udara Republik Singapura (TURS) dan Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB).
FPC telah dipengerusikan bersama oleh Mejar (U) Muhammad Adif bin Haji Zaman, Pegawai Memerintah Skuadron 238, Cawangan No. 2, TUDB dan Major Chua Jun Hao Alex, Battery Commander 18 DA Bn, TURS.
FPC dimulakan dengan jamuan makan malam bagi mengalu-alukan kedatangan delegasi TURS yang dihoskan oleh Pegawai Pemerintah Cawangan No. 2, yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan semua ahli delegasi dari kedua belah pihak dan sebagai tanda penghargaan terhadap usaha mereka datang untuk lawatan ini bagi mencapai kejayaan FPC ini bersama-sama.
