KIULAP, Friday, 30 June 2023 – 54 Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel have successfully completed the three-weeks Lance Corporal Leadership Course 2023. A closing ceremony was held to celebrate the course completion.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel (U) Pengiran Mohammad Zulhusmi bin Pengiran Mohammad Roslan, Commanding Officer No. 7 Wing, RBAirF. Also in attendance was the Acting Training Officer No. 7 Wing, Course Instructors and invited guests. The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Ustaz Pengiran Fakrul Syakirin bin Pengiran Haji Zainuddin followed by a speech from a student representative, Lance Corporal (U) Muhammad Waie bin Mazlan. The ceremony continued with a short speech by the Guest of Honour, where he emphasized and encouraged the course participants to uphold the core values, proactiveness in the application of lessons learnt throughout the course and instill a sense of responsibility when taking up leadership posts.
The ceremony proceeded with a souvenir presentation to the Guest of Honour as a token of appreciation from the course participants. The ceremony concluded with the recitation of the Closing Doa.
The Lance Corporal Leadership Course aims to provide RBAirF personnel with appropriate leadership skills, exposure towards their leadership roles in RBAirF and Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) as a whole. The course also aims to sharpen the personnel’s potential as an effective leader to become more competent and confident to lead their subordinates as well as perform their duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
KURSUS KEPIMPINAN LANS KOPERAL 2023
KIULAP, Juma’at, 30 Jun 2023 – 54 anggota Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) telah selesai menghadiri Kursus Kepimpinan Lans Koperal 2023 selama tingga minggu. Majlis Penutup Kursus telah diadakan bagi meraikan anggota-anggota yang menamati kursus tersebut.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat Majlis ialah Leftenan Kolonel (U) Pengiran Mohammad Zulhusmi bin Pengiran Mohammad Roslan, Pegawai Pemerintah Cawangan No. 7, TUDB. Turut hadir pada majlis tersebut ialah Pemangku Pegawai Latihan dan Rancangan Cawangan No. 7, Jurulatih-jurulatih serta para jemputan. Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah yang dibacakan oleh Ustaz Pengiran Fakrul Syakirin bin Pengiran Haji Zainuddin dan diikuti dengan ucapan dari Lans Koperal (U) Muhammad Waie bin Mazlan, wakil peserta kursus. Tetamu Kehormat Majlis turut memberikan ucapan yang mana beliau menekankan agar peserta kursus menerapkan nilai-nilai teras, penggunaan pengajaran yang dipelajari sepanjang kursus dan menanamkan rasa tanggunjawab ketika mengambil jawatan kepimpinan.
Majlis seterusnya diteruskan dengan penyampaian cenderahati penghargaan kepada Tetamu Kehormat dari peserta Kursus dan majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa penutup.
Tujuan utama Kursus Kepimpinan Lans Koperal ini diadakan adalah untuk memupuk keperibadian akhlak yang diperlukan dalam jati diri sebagai seorang pemimpin di dalam TUDB dan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) secara amnya. Selain itu juga kursus ini berfungsi sebagai pengasah potensi setiap individu dengan mempertingkatkan tahap pengetahuan kepimpinan agar lebih kompeten dan berkeyakinan di dalam memimpin anggota bawahan serta berupaya menjalankan tugas serta tanggungjawab dengan lebih berkesan dan efisien.
